This is a great park for any age! It's always clean and there is plenty of parking on site or directly across the street which is not very busy. We visit here each time with our grandchildren when we go to Monterey.

This was sort of a last-minute decision during our Monterey trip. Had read about the park but wasn't sure we'd have time. Definitely glad we went! The kids (ages 6 and 9) really enjoyed exploring and running around. If you're doing the aquarium you might as well get some value at this free park too. They most enjoyed the giant merry-go-round at the back of the park. I was very impressed. We had these as mini-versions when I was young and we'd spin them until someone got thrown off! Fortunately, this oversized version seemed a bit safer for the kids. I'm not sure if the size restricts the speed or there's some type of governor on the thing, but it never got spinning up to the high rates we used to enioy. I guess that's a good thing?

Great polace to take kids, lots of unique play places, but a bit of love will go a long way. Fill in the puddles, and pull the weeds.

This is a great playground, both expansive and clean. Very nice. It's all in excellent shape and there are fun paddle boats on the lake nearby. Lovely views too. Great for a wide range of age kids.

Nice location overlooking the beach.
Food was home cooked Caribbean style and really tasty. Can recommend the BBQ rubs, which were soon tender.

Great park for kids - skate park, lake with peddle boats, playground etc. Baseball field also. Right across the street from the beach/bay.
