Hi Evelynm We have been very diligent in making sure COVID protocols are in place for all of our boats for safety and the well being of both our guests and our staffs ( our family). There may have been some mix up with details you relayed. The ship you were on carries 102 passengers normally (102 with ship's configuration is very roomy so 65 is much more so) and is reduced to 65. There is upper and lower level outdoor seating . throughout so even at 65 social distancing protocols are more than met. Masks are required both loading and onboard the ship at all times. Staff members circulate throughout the ship during the trip to ensure compliance. I hope providing this information both lets you know your review was heard and that we are very serious about safety with high standards for ship safety in general and including COVID protocols.
