The Ontario Convention Center was perfect for our Job's Daughters Grand Bethel. There was ample room for our meetings, small gatherings and contests. It was clean and comfortable.The staff was so patient - I mean we had teenage girls and while they were incredibly well-behaved (our girls that is!) and the staff kept smiling!

Day 1) There was clear signage preventing visitors from bringing in food and beverage; not happy about it, but complied with it. However, they had a poor way of handling breakfast because no breakfast meals were available. Why prohibit brining in food, yet you fail to offer it?
Friendly employees greeted visitors at the entrance and meeting rooms were clean.
Day 2) I tried to bring in my breakfast becuase they failed to offer it on the first day, but I was asked to throw it away or eat before entering.
Day 3) I had breakfast at my hotel to avoid another disappointing experience.
Day 4) No time for breakfast at the hotel; can you guess what happened at their coffee house? It was closed!!! How can you fail to offer coffee or breakfast options???
I have no plans to come back even if it means not attending a future conference.
Apparently the Wi-Fi password is a guarded secret - why?

We attemded a dog show here. It is enormous, clean and very modern looking.Several places for a quick meal that are good, but fairly expensive.

I recently attended the American Legion California Convention, June 27-30. As a member of the American Legion Amateur Radio Club Post 519, we arranged a table to set up our "Ham Radio Equipment" near an outside door to run cables for our antennas. The staff and managers were utmost accommodating , courteous, and professional in assisting us in complying with the rules and code and a choice site for all to see.

Nice facility for a large conference with plenty of spaces to meet. They have a decent snack bar as there was no water set up for our event...upcharge is my guess. Clean facility.

its place for large events, very spacious, its not for family or couples and defiantly not for teenagers, its purely meeting place for business and other large crowd of people.

Attended the Key Club Convention at the Center. Staff was professional and courteous. Great central location with the Airport just around the corner and easy Freeway access. During the General sessions the rooms were set up just right. We had one platted dinner with over 2,000 people and the service was a bit slow, could have used more food servers.

This is a nice venue. I have been here several times, the building is ALWAYS cold. So if you plan to go here for any events wear an extra layer of clothing or take a sweater.

Awesome venue. Parking excellent. Food vendors outside in hallway overpriced and blah but the building was great for this type of conference.

FYI- There are several great restaurants right next to the convention center. My favorites are in the Doubletree Hotel, located right behind the convention center; you will find two great restaurants and a Starbucks in the main building just off the lobby area. The Holiday Inn next to Marie Calendar's also has a good restaurant. I believe the Ayres Hotel has a cafe type restaurant as well.
