I would have made this one of my first stops!

We found this place by accident. We were asked for a reservation and were so sad that we didn't have one. But, there was room so they let us in.

It was amazing. So beautiful. and the guides were so accessible and knowledgeable. I knew nothing about Bugatti cars before this trip, now I am in love with the cars, the art and the family. Please stay and watch the short film. It is so worth it.

Loved it so much.

Did not expect the beauty. I have never seen so many Bugatti’s in one place before. What a fantastic collection of cars and art and furnishings. We spent 3 hours at this museum. Loved it!! It’s totally self guided. A short movie talking about the collection and the Bugatti family. Such a wonderful experience. Totally a must see

The Mullin is a world class collection. The current focus on pre-war French cars and coach builders is Art Deco at its best. The wood buck used to shape body panels provides a glimpse at the hands on days of the past. The race car collection is also very good.

Fantastic automotive museum in Oxnard, CA. This museum will thrill not just car lovers, but also lovers of Art Deco and French design. Beautifully designed and built luxury automobiles, with many having been authentically restored. Not to be missed if you're visiting the Oxnard/Ventura/Malibu/Santa Barbara area.

The Automobile as Art

We stopped here, yesterday, and we were most impressed at this most beautiful and unique collection of outstanding French automobiles. It truly was amazing to see the beauty of design and craftsmanship in these vehicles. Definitely worth a visit.

French autos are works of art

Visited today with my friend Vernon and We were greeted by friendly, knowledgeable docents who offered in depth information on an amazing collection of predominantly French built pre-war cars such as Bugatti, Delahaye, Citroen and Renault. Most were immaculate restorations, a special collection were in original “barn find” shape.

If you have any interest in classic cars that are truly works of art, this museum is a must visit. Thank you Peter Mullin for sharing your passion.

Best of the best

A very focused collection from arguably the grandest car builders.
The museum proves it's not about the number of cars, it's about the quality.
Great presentation and good docent tours.
Much less crowded than the lawn at Pebble Beach.

Fantastic Museum of Cars that are Art

The Mullin museum specializes in French cars that are works of art. It is well worth visiting even if you aren't a car fanatic. I'm not, but I'm married to one, so I've been to more car museums than I would like. This was my second visit, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
The museum is only open a few days and requires reservations and advanced ticket purchase.

As good as a car collection can get

This is the real deal. The emphasis is on French automobiles. This has to be the finest collection of Bugatti vehicles in the world. Impeccably restored and beautifully exhibited.

What a jewel box of an experience....paen to the aerodynamic and art deco and sexy design era of the 1930's.
So much to see and learn, and appreciate here...focus is on visual quality not quantity with many fascinating stories to learn about. Kudos to all the people involved here and the vision of Peter Mullin.
