First and last time here. Maintenance and safety as a parent is a must to be concerned. Clearly not #1 in this place. Ceiling was falling apart throughout the whole place. Duct Tape is wrapped to fix broken things. Dust accumulated all through the nets and I mean heavy thickness, you can actually feel it going into your airways the longer you stay it feels more unsafe. I am looking around how is no one saying anything. 😕 Staff is not physically present at the court they are on the register so the place is not monitored to ensure everyone safe nor taking turns on the courts. Some parents aren't present so it's like you are babysitting other kids.

I asked to communicate with upper management but to date I am still waiting for their communication.
I actually asked for upper management's contact information, so that I would be able to communicate with a qualified adult, but instead I was asked to provide my phone number for a return call.
I am still waiting.

Great place to take your young grandkids to blow off steam. 2nd favorite activity for visiting NYC grandsons just behind playing golf at Mt. Woodson with Papa. They especially love "The Pit".

Dropped off five very energetic young teens and pre-teens. They came back tired! Perfect. Get Air has a variety of trampoline types and sponge pits.
It is not cheap. There are coupons and discount options available online.
