I have now been to this restaurant/bar 2 times. It is a hidden gem.. The interior is very invitees to start with. They have a great selection of wines, but also have a nice array of beer and non alcoholic beverages. The food they serve is fantastic. All kinds of wonderful choices to enjoy with your beverage of choice. (mine being the wine)
I have ordered the charcuterie board both times for 4 of us gals. Plenty of cheeses, meats, and dips. A great warm mini bread sliced and crackers.
It is the perfect place to sit with friends and enjoy great wine , hordouvres and conversation. Try it, i don't think you will be disappointed. ...

This quaint shop has treasures in every nook of the store. Our first visit was for an evening "Wine & Food" pairing. Delightful!! Ed, Garrett and Erin provide warm friendly service to all....whether you are tasting olive oils (including Jalapeno, Garlic and fusions) or purchasing amenities for your home, or tasting the great wines from EB Winery....you will enjoyable time at We Olive & Wine Bar. We sampled the olive oils and fell in love with their wines. There are different flavors of food to accentuate the wines, vinegars and the olive oils. This family owned establishment shows their love of what they do and will explain about the oils, vinegars and the proprietor grown and bottled wine. Take time to treat yourself and friends to a real Gem in historical San Juan Capistrano, you won't be disappointed.

First, this place is located right next to Starbucks and what a find! The friendly atmosphere is great. I've traveled to San Juan Capistrano twice with my girlfriends and we always have a ball. I'm heading back in October and I will bring more friends and stop in to see my friends here at "We Olive & Wine Bar". You must stop by this location. Great food, outstanding olive oils and the owners are great, so welcoming. I feel at home; its like visiting family. Please stop in and eat, have some wine and take home some amazing olive oil! Tell them the "Corona girls/crew sent you?

Located near the train station and Mission San Juan Capistrano, this olive and wine bar is worth a stop when in the area. We were able to sample some of the tastiest vinegar and olive oil. Large crocks filled with a good variety of olive oil and vinegar were available for tasting. Our favorites were pineapple white balsamic vinegar and strawberry white balsamic vinegar. Also, we liked the fresh basil olive oil and their aged balsamic vinegar. Small sampler bottles (5 pack), as well as, regular sized bottles of their products were available for purchase. There's a great little wine bar at the back of the shop serving small bites, salads, sandwiches, and flat breads. They have a lot of take home gift items such as kitchen accessories, and body and skin care products.

We came in here just to browse one day and to our surprise found there is a cute little wine bar at the back. The wine list is very extensive I think they have over 50, and they let you do tasters of everything, and are very friendly and knowledgeable. There is a wine there that was so good I joined the wine club, it's EB Winery. Make sure to try some of those wines. The owners who are a father and son team are very friendly and helpful and love chatting so it's like hanging out with a new friend. We have also sampled some of the foods from the menu they have and the food is soooo good. I highly recommend this place. So much so that I have brought friends back several times so they could enjoy it as well.

This store is right across the street from the mission, and has a nice selection of oils, vinegar, salts, gift packs, wines, and a really good cookbook on cooking techniques with olive oil. They also serve food that is really very good. Nice quaint atmosphere.

Great Place to meet friends for a glass of wine (some "home grown" ) have something to eat and pick up some unusual, tasty things to give to friends or for personal use - relaxed atmosphere, great staff AND its right down town within easy walking distance of all the fun attractions San Juan

After touring the mission at San Juan Capistrano my wife and I stopped in to check out WE Olive which is just across the street from the mission. Nice selection of California olive oils and a variety of balsamic vinegars--all available for tasting before you buy. WE Olive also specializes in small-lot regional wines. The owner was very knowledgeable about products in the store as well as helpful about what to see and do in the area. Great little shop to stop and enjoy a glass of wine and shop for specialty food items.

Locally-owned We Olive, is a boutique retail/food and wine tasting store located walking distance from the San Juan Capistrano train station. The best part about the store is that you can taste just about everything they sell and learn things that you never new about olive oil! Whether it be olive oil, balsamic vinegar, artisan spreads, or thoughtfully-procured gift items, everything is hand-selected with great care to bring you the best of the best.
The store also features a wine bar and a few tables where you can try low-production wines from boutique California-sourced vintners (always changing) along with outstanding gourmet lite bites made with many of the products that are sold in the store. Our favorite: the Parmesan, Asiago Prosciutto Flatbread. SO GOOD that you'll want all the products to make it at home!!!
Happy hour is MON-FRI from 4-6PM, and glasses of wine are half-off on WED (all day).
If you stop in, you won't be disappointed!
