We enjoyed coming here when the kids were little. Very limited exhibits but managably sized for 2-3 hours with small kids.

A friend of ours wanted to take our son and her son. We saw the price of admission and it was more than the SF or Oakland Zoo. If she hadn’t offered to pay, we would have waited at the park down the hill for them.
I will say once inside, it was a lot better than I expected. We even got to see an animal feeding. Still an odd spot to have this place, and admission is not worth it. Plus you have to pay $6 just to park

Curiodyssey is a great way to see animals and do fun activities like science projects. They are very hands-on.

Fun place to visit. Our first time. Lots of hands on exhibits. Special event with lights currently. Small snack bar. Inside and outside play. Small zoo. Great staff who are friendly and educational! Liked so much we joined their membership!

Excellent. Special learning exhibits for children. Our grandchildren love to visit. We try to visit at least 4 times a year.

Such an awesome place to bring your little ones. Our two year old loves CuriOdyssey. Their zoo is filled with adorable (and some creepy) local animals. Our little one especially loves the bobcats, eagles, and sea otter. The zoo is the perfect size. Not too big, not too small. Just the perfect amount amount of nature to hang out with for an afternoon.
And when you're done with the zoo, they have an entire interactive, hands-on science museum to go play and learn from. Lots of awesome exhibits that are both fun and educational.
I would highly recommend a visit if you have a toddler, and if you live in the area, the annual membership is totally worth it.

Awesome place to take kiddies to explore and play! Lots of exhibits for kids and will keep their attention for a good amount of time. We drove around and explored the rest of the park. There are beaches and lots of fields for running and playing. There’s an awesome playground there as well.

I do not believe that a $10 entry fee for two year olds (not to mention much higher fees for adults in addition to a $6 parking fee) under the guise of access to science and nature can be justified. Very low return on investment.

Having a family membership at my hometown science center, I always make full use of the ASTC passport to get free entry into other centers when I visit different cities.
I dropped by CuriOdyssey to see if it might be of interest to my kids who are both 9 and over. After walking through, I’m quite certain my kids would not have any complaints but also wouldn’t have seen anything new either. The zoo portion is quite small, but kids love the otter in particular. The science section is also quite small. However, with the 2 sections combined, it still took me 40 min to wander it.
I didn’t look closely enough at the website to realize you need to $6 to enter the park area before reaching CuriOdyssey. There was an event that day too so I had to park by the marina. Good thing it was a nice day.

This is a hidden gem in the peninsula. I took my daughter 2 yrs and she absolutely loved the bird / animal exhibitions. There is a lot to do with daily fun activities in the zoo area as well as within the science center.
It’s a great place to spend a few hours and entertain your little one on a weekend.
