My mom and I acquired sedan SB Chauffeuring & Tours to pick us up from our hotel on the last day for service to the Santa Barbara airport. When we were waiting for them to arrive in the lobby of the hotel, I saw a fancy black SUV with tinted windows pull up in front of the hotel. Then I saw a man and woman, both professionally dressed in black get out from the driver and passenger seats.
My initial thought was that a celebrity was nearby, or secret service arrived with serious security detail. They came in to greet us, and Maria, and her male co-worker (forgive me, forgot his name, but he said he was from South Africa) were very nice. They loaded up our bags and we got inside the most impressive, clean, and comfortable vehicle. They both were really friendly and we enjoyed our short time with them. Our total drive time from W. Haley Street to the airport was about 15 minutes, maybe less. SB Chauffeuring & Tours is a company with timely service you can count on. And we will definitely be using them again!

We were picked up at LAX and taken to our hotel in Santa Barbara. Our Driver, William was fantastic. He was an excellent driver, engaging, warm, considerate , well spoken and well dressed. Our SUV was immaculate , timely with cold water on the ready. Exceptional service , we will definitely utilize again!

I arranged to take this tour while visiting from cruise ship docked in Santa Barbara for the day Our driver, Maria, met us at the dock just outside the security area with no problems. We told her we were in her hands for the day. She suggested a couple hour stop in Solvang for shopping and lunch (including pastries) then onto one or more wineries in the San Ynez valley area. She has a relationship with the nice folks at Demetria Vineyards so we went there for tasting and tour. Finally found a white wine that I like! Had some shipped home.
The vehicle was impeccable. Maria kept us hydrated with bottled water during the day. She was knowledgeable about area, but did not dominate the conversation or try to fill every moment with chatter like some guides are prone to do. All-in-all, a wonderful day. Highly recommend SB Chauffeuring & Tours.

What more do you ask for besides being on time, being flexible on places to go and generally being knowledgeable about the area and most of the places you stop. He was friendly took lots of pictures that he sent to us without being too much in our business. We will use them again.

We went on a wine tour off of a cruise ship in Santa Barbara this company was outstanding. Especially our driver Tony. He was so sweet and accommodating. He went above and beyond his duties that day. The company was very professional. On time and we had a great trip. Thank you. I recommend this company to anyone in this area

We went on a wine tour on Oct 13 for my birthday and wedding, Tony's service and SB Chauffeuring was the best we have ever had!! The Limo was impeccable and Tony was wonderful! Tasted some great wines and had a fabulous day. Tony sent us a beautiful cd of all the pictures from that memorable day, what a treat! I would highly recommend this service to anyone who wants to be in a beautiful car and be treated like a king or queen.

Outstanding customer service! My family and I toured the wine country and utilized SB Chauffeuring's car service. Tony was simply fantastic! He was on time, the car was immaculate, and he even snapped photos of us and the surroundings throughout the day! He knows everyone at the wineries and made sure that we were taken care of at every location. He made recommendations on which wineries we might enjoy after he had spent some time with us and began to understand our tastes and preferences. He is highly observant, extremely polished and professional, and really helped us maximize the enjoyment of our trip! If you are visiting Santa Barbara and are looking for a car service, this is the only service that you should consider!

Best limo service!!!!!!! My fiance (now husband) made the arrangements for transportation and even changed some things at the last minute. I was so excited to see a black expedition limo pull up. It was impeccable inside and out. The driver's name was Tony and he was very attentive and professional. He also carried a camera and took over 700 pictures of us. I loved that special touch as we did not have a photographer. He even suggested where to go to take pictures and it was perfect. After we came back from our honeymoon, we had a CD waiting for us with all the pictures and also there was picture magnet of my husband and I. I will definitely recommend all my friends and family about this company and the great service they offer.

On time arrival even though I called half an hour before our scheduled pickup to request a different pickup location down the street. Maria was very knowledgeable of wine country and the surrounding Santa Barbara area. She asked if she could take photos of us during our wine tasting tours and sent us a cd with all the photos. We booked a 5 hour wine country trip and had extra time so Maria drove us around Santa Barbara and showed us some sights. It was like having our own personal tour guide. I would highly recommend SB Chauffering and will use them again when traveling to Santa Barbara. They were excellent.

I can't believe anyone would give this company less than an excellent rating.This company was efficient, professional and friendly from the minute I contacted them by email. We were a group of 3 women and booked the car for a wine tasting day. The driver, Tony, was 15 minutes early to our hotel. He went over our itinerary with us when we got in the car. He made a couple of recommendation (which we took) and then proceeded to make the entire day a pleasure. He was very attentive and helped us navigate the wineries and tasting rooms (which were crowded). He was helpful but not instrusive. He took photos of throughout the day (after asking permission to do so) and then sent us a CD with photos and refridgerator magnets after our returm home. Very nice touch! I highly recommend this company.
