Terrific staff with a wealth of knowledge. Very nicely organized so you can find what you're looking for with ease - or just browse. Nice wagons to collect and pull your stash.

A fun place to visit - say hi to the friendly donkey. Great source of California native and drought tolerant plants. Seasonal seedlings, lavender, sage, etc. Wreath making classes, lavender oil, etc.

Morningsun Herb Farm is located on the outskirts of Vacaville. It has many herbs and plants to choose from and is much more personalized than the "big box stores" here in town.
I would recommend this business to anyone hoping to improve their garden with a variety of herbs and/or succulents.
Friendly, but not intrusive.

A great place to buy plants. Large variety and closely related to local climate. We have many butterfly bushes, and plants that attract bees and hummingbirds. There are garden areas where you visit and relax. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. You can visit the donkeys and a large number of pets.

We came for lavender fest which wasn’t much of a fest. Very little going on. This is a very nice plant store but certainly shouldn’t be listed as an attraction.

This is a fun place to go and look for plants and flowers. Staff is helpful and friendly. Bring a lunch sit at their picnic tables, walk the very cool grounds and feed the donkeys. They have wagons to carry your purchases. Free parking it’s not like they have a lot but I’ve never been at a loss for a space. Highly recommend if your looking for unique or common flowers and plants for your home.

They not only have all the local herbs and flowers that grow well in the valley heat, but lots of interesting fruit trees. I got an Australian Finger Lime tree that I have never seen anywhere else. The prices are normal and I believe they have a plant guarantee. They also sell some darling garden ornaments, and a huge range of fertilizers as well.

Would much rather shop here than the super centers for good plants! Yes, it's a little off thehighway, but take a lunch and enjoy the grounds!

I have shopped here for years. I get all of my herbs for cooking/medicinals, and also great tomato starts, and other veggies. What I adore most is that I can also shop for great foundation plants including perennials and annuals. All are well suited for the Vacaville area. You can get some unusual plants and in recent years they have expanded their succulent starts. All great stuff. Soil selection is good, staff is always helpful, and the resident pets are independent but sweet.
