Don’t say you’re dog friendly if you’re not. You’re dog tolerant and not accommodating. If you’re going to be dog friendly, you should have service available everywhere where both dogs and people are comfortable and feel safe to enjoy your service.
The “patio” (cramped tables not even 6 feet apart) has full service and the “lawn” area ( huge open space) has snacks and drinks only.. I mean like a bag of chips. You can not sit with your dogs on the lawn and enjoy a meal. None of this is disclosed online when looking at their menu or options for seating.
I voiced my concern about my nervous dog on the patio and asked if I can have our meal on the lawn area only to be told it is not allowed? How is that even possible if you have table service in both sections ( where dogs are allowed in both). The staff was beyond rude and unprofessional and I would never go back or recommend anyone this as a truly dog friendly establishment.

Fun stop after hiking in Boulder. We enjoyed the beer selection at Avery and the food as well. If you like sours the Electric Sunshine was quite refreshing on a warm afternoon. The Veggie Tacos with pulled chicken was a large serving with roasted zucchini, squash, broccoli and kale. Staff was friendly and dining outside was enjoyable but did a bit hot even on a 75 degree afternoon.

The beers were many and delicious. The food was also very tasty. Ambiance is lively and fun. It's a bit of a drive from downtown Boulder but a great experience.

Great place with good beer and great food! We sat inside on a Smokey day and had some great beer. The staff was super awesome!

Met some friends on a weekday, this place was hoppin. Great food, dog friendly (we made so many new fur friends) and lots of seating indoor and outdoor, loved the company, loved the beer, loved the environment. Great all around

If you're in Denver, and looking for someting to do outside of the city, I'd recommend Avery Brewing. My girlfriend and I took a day trip to Boulder, and she found this brewery as one of the major attractions. We had a vehicle, so drove the 10 minutes outside of the city to enjoy lunch and a tour. The brewery was well organized and the food selection was a good mix of burgers and healthy food (as one would expect in Colorado). The upstairs was only open as a bar during lunch, but there was plenty of food downstairs. An interesting side note; the adjacent parking lot had a grassy area full of Groundhogs who are familiar with people and would stare and grunt as we approached... fun for the kids!

No wonder Avery is considered one of the premier craft breweries. Inventive and tasty beer selections and the food is quite good. Generous portions and tasty selections. Soups are terrific! Located on the outskirts of boulder and an easy Uner/Lyft from downtown boulder. Nice ourdoor space in good weather and super pet friendly! Wish we had our Boston Terriers with us!

Loved the ambience with great craft lagers, in particular the Vanilla Stout, Rose beer, PB&J stout! Food was pretty good as well!

Here with just me and my 15 year old son. Our nearby hotel recommended this place. So glad we came in. I’m not a huge beer drinker but tried the 5 oz beer named some Hawaiian name. It was so good, especially of you like lighter fruitier beer. But to me the food was the best thing. Not a huge menu, but a decent variety. I had Salmon Sammy with the salad. Huge portions and delicious. Son had fried chicken and inhaled it saying it was the best fried chicken he’d ever had. Kind of a spice kick to it. Both of us together was $37 and I feel that was a deal for the quantity and quality of food. Nice atmosphere and service. It’s kinda tricky to find and a bit out of the way but worth it.

Thanks for your question! Our Brewhouse Mezzanine is available to rent for private events. This space is available year-round for daytime and evening rentals, and seats up to 48 people with room for up to 125 people total. It features a private 10-tap bar with a range of food options served buffet style. The menus range with a wide assortment of appetizers to BBQ and prime meats coming right off the smoker. Please note that this event area is an indoor patio within an active brewing facility and noise levels can be unpredictable. It may not be suited to your needs especially if you're searching for a quiet space.
