The 29th Street Shopping area in Boulder has the usual lineup of upper middle class stores. It's really no different than what most folks have near their homes. Definitely not a destination thing to do.

Nice mall that has good quality shops, but it’s no fun to browse all the stores when it’s cold outside. It’s more of a shopping center where you’d go for a specific store, and would hope to park close so you could get in and out quickly before you freeze.
Unfortunately, the parking situation is always awful, and I think I’ve figured out why. For the last several months I have driven through the mall at 9 am on Saturdays, and the parking spaces that are right in front of the shops are always completely full of cars (see photo), as are the first 2 rows of spaces that are outside the Macy’s and Panera, which is odd given they don’t open until 10am. This makes me think that it’s highly likely that the people who are working at the mall are taking all of the most coveted parking spaces, forcing customers to park furthest away, or in the parking garage.
The owners of this mall and the managers of these stores should require their employees park in the furthest spots and leave the convenient parking for customers. I have often (in bad weather) opted not to shop because I don’t want to walk in the rain to get to a store, or don’t want to freeze during the wintertime.
Otherwise, it’s nice to have stores like Lululemon, Origins, Loft, Sephora and Apple all in one spot.

So many different types of stores, you won’t be bored! Plenty of lunch options from healthy to indulgent, including the buffet at Whole Foods. Lovely wooden benches, outdoor tables and plants allow a peaceful break to recoup. A children’s playground tucked beside the Starbucks was a nice surprise.

I could not get over the amount of shops and restaurants all within one area. There is tons of parking and parking garages available. Every time you walk out of a store the gorgeous view of mountains are right there yo greet you!

Great shopping area, like an outdoor mall. There is underground parking, nice for warmer days. There is a market there on weekends with local artists, eateries, etc. The mall has Trader Joes, Macys, boutique shops, etc. Plenty of food options. It's hopping most of the time.

I took a break from the main Pearl street mall admittedly to shop at the chain stores here. I love the variety of shops within the area. Despite the packed parking lots on a Saturday, all the stores were stocked and well organized.
Without a car too I got a tan walking around, and probably got around faster given traffic. Anthropologie, Madewell, Sue La Table, JCrew outlet and Nordstrom Rack were at the top of my list and I was pleased with the inventory. Target and Marshalls are bonus nearby too. If it's nice out and you want to shop, come here. Plenty of spots to eat and take a break too.

Very clean, hip shopping mall street in Boulder, near CU and all the things happening. They have a H & M, and all hip specialty shops, plus a bar or two and lots of yummy restaurants, sit down, semi sit down and fast food. Macy's on northside and Nordstroms on South to frame out the shopping mall. The Home depot is also near south area. You can get most of shopping done in or near the mall. Very nice place to visit when in town or local.

Twenty Ninth Street is a modern day version of the iconic Perl Street. You can find Macy's and Apple here but not the street artists, fancy stores or crowds just hanging out. You need to be lucky to get a parking space on the 29th but close by parking lots are hardly ever full.

29th Street Mall has a little of something for everyone. In addition to some small, boutique-style shops, it boasts some big names, too. H&M, Macy's, Target, AMC Theatres, and Sur la Table. There are several restaurants, serving up Asian, Italian, Vegetarian, and Mexican food. It's easy to spend at least an hour just window shopping.

Got some super deals at Nordstrom Rack, and hopped over to Modmarket for some yummy, tasty lunch. Pretty easy to navigate into and out of the shopping campus.
