The location is excellent, right in the middle of downtown Denver. You can travel up the 16th Street Mall by either driving, taking the rail, or riding the bus. The atmosphere is charged with excitement, and the people in attendance are kind. The food is a step up from the offerings at other stadiums that I have had the good fortune to visit. You have the option of watching the game from where you are seated or from one of the many bars that are spread out over the stadium.

Es gibt Stadionführungen aber wir haben ein Spiel geguckt. Es gibt Karten ab ca. 18 Dollar, wir haben eine Kategorie höher genommen aber dann auch festgestellt, dass es komplett egal ist, wo man sitzt, man kann vermutlich von überall gut gucken und das Flair ist sowieso das entscheidende warum man hier her kommt, jedenfalls als deutscher Tourist.
Die Tore öffnen zu unterschiedlichen Uhrzeiten aber auf jeden Fall schon ab ca. zwei Stunden vor Spielbeginn und es empfiehlt sich auch, früh zu kommen, um das bunte Treiben zu beobachten.
Die Menschenmassen sind gleichermaßen anstrengend und faszinierend. Es dauerte ziemlich lange bis wir unseren Block gefunden haben aber wir hatten ja Zeit.
Wir flanierten die Fressmeilen auf und ab und stellten fest, dass man hier ordentlich Geld lassen kann. Das ist bei Großveranstaltungen in Deutschland aber genauso. So kaufte ich mir z.B. eine (wenigstens richtig gute) Limo mit viel Eis für 7 Dollar und mein Mann sich ein großes Bier für 13 Dollar. Dafür durfte man den Colorado Rockies Becher aber auch mit nach Hause nehmen.
Die Aussicht auf die Bergkette der Rocky Mountains im Hintergrund war von unseren Plätzen aus gigantisch. Allein hierfür hat es sich schon gelohnt!
Es gibt eine Menge Rahmenprogramm, vor allem für Familien. Man kommt hier teilweise sogar mit Babys und Hunden her.
Alles wird akribisch sauber gehalten, noch vor Spielbeginn ist Reinigungspersonal unterwegs, super!!
Die purple farbene Reihe ist genau auf Höher einer 1 Meile. Wir saßen direkt dahinter. Im September war es noch unsagbar heiß, es wehte stetig ein warmer Wind, trotzdem war es super stickig und roch nach Bier und Fast Food auf den Rängen!
Besonders interessant fand ich einen Spaziergang einmal komplett rund um das Spielfeld während des Spiels.

It was pretty good. The food was great, and me and my family had a great time. Staff was a bit rude though. One lady kept glaring at me and was a bit rude. Otherwise , great time!

The ballpark is incredibly well cared for and absolutely beautiful. From parking a long distance away and being surprised with free shuttle service to the gate, to the atmosphere outside the stadium, the entry experience was one of the best I’ve experienced. The views from the first base side are extraordinary with the city and mountains in the distance. The stadium is incredibly accessible and has food options for all dietary needs. The staff was incredibly friendly. Exiting the stadium and walking back to the car was fantastic. We could have taken the shuttle, but we decided to experience the city. It was incredibly lively and safe.

Enjoyed the game from the rock pile bleachers and then walked the stadium to appreciate all it had to offer. Still a very affordable day at the park!

An actual joke!!!
We came 2000 miles, booked seven months out to have Colorado Rockies cancel a game over a minor rain storm. Zero thunder, lightning, or hail occurred on September 14, 2023 when the Colorado Rockies decided to cancel their Thursday night game due to a minor rain, three hours prior to the at 6:40pm PT start time.
Meanwhile, zero employees failed to report to Coors Field (obvious by the lack of preparation at Coors Field) for game setup and the game versus SF Giants.
As a result, a doubleheader was scheduled for Saturday 8/16/23 (because everyone should reschedule their travel plans for the Colorado Rockies).
The Colorado Rockies Box Office provided no help or assistance over this matter. Again, the Colorado Rockies expect patrons to bend to their bad calls over minor weather issues.
This was such terrible execution and a bad experience by the Colorado Rockies.
Don’t waste your time attending their games because they simply don’t care. No wonder their team’s performance is horrible amongst the MLB.
It’s a sad and disappointing occurrence chosen by the the Colorado Rockies executive staff.

I've been to a few ball parks over the years and Coors Field is one of the best in terms of location, view, signage and access to seating. The atmosphere was slightly lacking the day we were there, probably not helped by the Rockies being heavily beaten by the Dodgers.
For me I have a small gripe about the food and drink prices which I did find particularly expensive for what we had.

This was my first time at this ballpark this was a great atmosphere here. The food and beer was good nice merchandise. I went to see my Blue jays there with many other fans

I am planning a trip to Coors Field next July. Planning on booking stay on AirBnb. Was wondering what are the best areas to stay within about 10-15 miles from the ball park. Also looking to do the Coors brewery tour. I know the closer to the park, the more expensive it will be.

Unsure, we stayed at the Renaissance Hotel, would not recommend. If we return we would stay near the Wynkoop Brewery!

So I bought tix for the July 2nd game VS my Astros online. I couldn’t get parking though because it said they were sold out of parking passes!! Are there any other lots to park at nearby?? And if so, around how much would they be?? I know a Lyft to/from my hotel to Coors would only be about 26$ both ways.

As with most stadiums the closer you park the more expensive it is. Typically if you park within a block or 2 of ballfield it will run around $25. If you're willing to walk a bit you can find parking for around $10. Hope that helps.

We got tickets the same day. We sat about half way up near 3rd base. I hope they still let you bring in drinks (non alcoholic) and food. They did 2 years ago. We are headed there in July again.
Take the tour if you can. One of the players was sitting in the stands just hanging out and we got his autograph.
