We checked out Round1 after seeing a video on TikTok recommending the arcade and now that we've been... I don't know if I would recommend it.
Granted we only went to the arcade but a lot of the games were broken down, they were all expensive, and it didn't look like they'd been cleaned in quite sometime. With the pandemic you'd think cleaning standards would have remained, but with this place that is not the case. There are plenty of hand sanitizer machines around, but literally none of them worked. Not a single one. Luckily, we had our own hand sanitizer that we carry around.
The employees also leave a lot to be desired. They're unfriendly and when I went to the concession counter to get a drink, the employee ignored me for a solid 2-3 minutes. I get he was busy, but there was no acknowledgement that I was even standing there and when he finally approached me, we found out they were out of bottled water which was all we wanted. We was also wearing gloves that he never changed in between handling money, cups, food, and touching his face & hair.
So yeah, like I said, it's a fun time but unless you want to spend a lot of money it's really short lived. It's also not the cleanest place and is really expensive. One round of billiards is $8 and $40 on an arcade game card lasted us maybe 20 minutes.

Hablo was working the ticket counter, coughing and without a full voice. I could barely hear him. Not his fault. Shame on management for putting him customer facing. Germs and no voice. Food is lack luster. Over $7 for several mozzarella cheese sticks and cold marinara. Not impressed. Our first visit. Doubt we will be back.

Tried this place out for the first time. A lot of arcade games. It is expensive but most of these places are. Place is big and has bowling which we didn’t do. Maybe next time. My daughter liked it.

I'm always enjoyed arcade games and I excited to try this establishment. I couldn't of been more disappointed. As stated in other reviews a lot of the games were broken and there service was none assessed. I was then hopping that they would have some bowling alley food. But that was too was terrible. I thinK next time I'll stick with Dave & Busters.

Several of the games were inoperable and when the workers were informed they ignored them. We purchased an unlimited card which slipped behind one of the loose game panels and when the worker was informed she looked over the machine, shrugged and walked away.
Usually the staff there at least pretends to care about their job, the customers, and the kids. Today - not so much.
We’ll pass on returning to Round One for awhile and find something else to do with $30.

My son has been looking for this one specific arcade game from Japan. Apparently it's pretty rare to find in the US but as most kids, he found a website that lists all the locations. One happened to be here in Littleton and we just so happened to be driving by. The arcade has a BUNCH of imported Japanese arcade machines and has memory cards you could normally only get exclusively in Japan.
The arcade is located in the mall. This place makes the Dave and Buster's back home look small. Tons of arcade games, sever in Japanese so you have no idea what your option are during the first steps of the game. Lots of ticket games if that's your thing or with little kids. Large bowling alley, billards area, professional ping pong area, and karaoke.
We spent a couple hours here and the kids had a great time.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place! Cost of games seems less than arcades at Bowlero or Dave and Busters - hard to know specifically though since the value of “credits” varies so much. My 14 yo stayed for an hour with 3 friends and only used the equivalent on $10 on his player card - easily would blow through $25 in that time at D&B’s even on half price Wednesday. Bowling area has great design and huge TVs playing sports - no chance of inappropriate music videos, Kareoke have private lounges. Dropped the boys at the hottest part of the day, no dealing with crowds, carpet wasn’t sticky. This location is attached to the SW plaza mall so kids can easily go for other food options. Bathrooms, games, overall clean - nights have age limits (no kiddos) - my only complaint after only one visit is the audio was WAY loud - esp. with not many folks in the joint.

This place is completely understaffed,
ALL THE TIME. You can’t even get someone to answer their phone; then your call will roll to a voice mail, which says you can’t leave a message because their mailbox is full. That tells you everything you need to know about how things operate at Round 1 when you’re there, too. No service.

The only reason this got two stars was because the karaoke rooms themselves are pretty cool. Everything else sucks. I checked the menu online before we went and thought that I could eat a salad there. When we ordered the salad, the kid looked at us like we were speaking another language. Well, 30 minutes later, my husband watched another employee get lettuce leaves from the hamburger prep area, throw them and some raw onions and shredded cheese on a plate and call it a good. It was not good.
And the other huge bummer is no alcohol in the karaoke rooms. What? So at any given time, half of our group was standing outside the door, sipping their beers.
I would not return, since there are other locations in town where you can have fun doing karaoke and eating delicious food and drinking good beer.
