This is definitely worthy of a detour if you're in the area - a nice park with a stream running through it and about 200 bronze and marble sculptures!! Most are realistic but some are a bit abstract and they are just everywhere! And the kids can even climb on them and some are just their size. SO glad we had time to really enjoy them.

Enjoyable nature stroll thru beautiful sculptures around a lake and over bridges. The sculptures are remarkable - artistic and realistic! Nice walking paths and handicap accessible. Pkeanth of parking on the streets.

We kept seeing signs for this place while visiting Loveland, and decided to check it out. It was a very neat place, with alot of different types of sculptures. I am sure its quite nice during warmer weather. There were a lot of dog walkers out and about.

With a little extra time while staying in Greeley, we decided to venture over to nearby Loveland and take in two different recommended sculpture gardens there. The Benson Park Sculpture Garden is an outdoor display of over 170 pieces. There are sculptures spread throughout the ten-acre park with easily accessible paved paths to walk on that allow you to get up close to most statues. The sculptures are on two sides of a busy main road (29th Street). Use caution when crossing from one side to the other. The sculptures range from highly realistic traditional bronze statues to more abstract sculptures to whimsical pieces like the banana on roller skates (On a Roll by Jack Hill). The park is usually open. There is free off-street parking (can be limited when the park is very busy) or nearby parking on the streets. It is a pet friendly park. It is a great place for an outdoor stroll as you take in the exhibit. There is no fee to enter the sculpture garden. The park has water features and provides many photo opportunities.

I have seen sculpture gardens before, but none that compare to this one. The setting is beautiful and the sculptures are diverse and wonderful. The range from the introspective to the clever to the delightful to the breathtaking. We wish we’d had far more time than se did to spend here. Plan on at least 2 hours - more if you are a sculpture aficionado.

This is a wonderful place to visit. The statues are very well done and there is a great variety of subjects. Very pleasant place to talk a leisurely walk to admire them all.

This beautiful park is wonderful for couples or for the entire family. There are over 150 sculptures to enjoy and lots more f space for everyone.
We spent a lovely morning and afternoon in Benson park, enjoying nice weather and beautiful sculptures. We quickly got to the Thai restaurant nearby, grabbed some takeout and got back to the park to enjoy the meal.

Beautiful area in Loveland, Colorado to walk around and enjoy looking at all the sculptures. Each one is unique and interesting. Nice pathways and shady.

So many phenomenal sculptures to see. They have about 154 sculptures in the park. Flower beds, pond with ducks, picnic seating, shaded seating. Fun kid area. Wear your bug blocker.
