Poor experience. Our guide was not engaging, wasn’t paying attention to our progress. We finished and stood there for several minutes before he realized we were done. The room was very worn out. Many of the clues were very hard to read. One clue would not “stay in place.” Our guide had to come in and take it away from us and put it back in it’s hiding place is it wasn’t supposed to be visible upon our entry. The room itself was very dark, and required us to bend down into a tiny entry way to enter the last room. For someone that has been through 3 back surgeries it was not a good fit. The penguins were very matted and looked filthy. The lobby had nothing to offer. Based on other local escape room experiences, it appears as though this place has some improvements to make.

Had so much fun for our first time! We’ll put together. Super friendly. Someone had broken a puzzle before us so we lost a little action there but it turned out just fine. We will go back for other rooms!

The experience was ok. It was a fun time but it was obviously meant for a younger crowd. They have my group an hour to complete a room and we did it in half and hour.

It was a fun time but definitely needs to be updated. The waiting room wasn’t great and the escape room had a lot of potential but seemed to be unfinished. The clues/puzzles were a lot of fun though.

Had a great and fun time! We were seven and wanted a place to all have fun and enjoy. And we did!! Also good location and great service!

Awesome experience. Friendly service! If it is your first time, I would suggest doing the moderate room first. Would go again! Great family and friends activity.

Excellent and lots of fun!!!! I've become somewhat of an escape room fanatic(?) Groupie(?) Conosour(?) Ie I really love escape rooms so I've done them all over and this place is a good one

We had a great time in the Blizzard Room. It would be a great escape room for beginners! We have done a few and it wasn’t as challenging as some, but challenging enough to be fun! Staff was friendly and welcoming- great Saturday day date!

Staff was welcoming and informative. Made everything easy to understand. Lots of fun and younger kids preteens able to easily get in on the action.

In general, yes - they should have a great time.
Our normal guidance regarding younger players is that while we offer a family-friendly game:
children under 10 may find the puzzles and strategy a little complex.
Teens 17 and younger must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
Players younger than 15 must have at least one parent or guardian present in the room while they play.
