My Pedego Element is fantastic fun. The bike is well constructed and just an absolute joy to ride.
Talking of absolute joy, please go see Mike and Jen at Pedego 203. They are themselves fun and good people. Having seen Mike deal with a shop full of people, he gives everybody the courtesy, respect and attention they deserve. It is great to see a local vendor be this caring and diligent.
Five stars. But they deserve more.

We purchased our Pedego in Naples Florida and had some minor issues. Mike was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Wish we had purchased our bike from him!

Our family of 5 rented these bikes today. It was so much fun we loved riding around on the bikes and it make the bike rides fun and easy for everyone. It was a great way to see the Norwalk sea coast!! Would highly recommend!

We had great 1-hour ride. Visited and passed Norwalk Shady Beach, beautiful Golf fields and other nice areas. The staff was nice and courteous. The bikes are new and fast. Planning to come next with our baby.

My fiance and I rented electric bikes today and we had SO much fun!! We highly recommend renting e-bikes from here and zipping all over town! Not only did we have the absolute best time getting outside, riding bikes, and enjoying the lovely scenery, but it was such a pleasure interacting with the lovely couple who owns this shop. They were so kind, personable, and extremely helpful! Also, both of our bikes were very clean, worked perfectly, and all around in top notch shape. You can tell that the owners take great pride in their business and passion!
We will definitely be returning to rent again soon!!

I would definitely recommend Pedego SoNo for any electric bike needs. Mike and Jen are amazing and very knowledgeable about the products that they are selling.

Amazing place! They repaired our bike and helped so much and were so kind in repairing our bike. The process was very smooth and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place for any e-bike repair or if you are looking to buy one!

Stop by to rent 2 electric bikes for a few hours to tour the city or Norwalk. Was greeted with prompt service and friendly atmosphere. The bikes were great with no issues, and check out was a breeze. Highly recommend for your bike rental, had a great time.

Mike (the owner) is the utmost professional, friendly and accommodating man, He genuinely listens and tends to your requirements. He will guide you to purchase the best bike for your lifestyle. We have owned electric bikes for three years now and we honestly believe they are one of the best purchases you will make in your life. The sense of freedom and fun the bikes give is immense. We so enjoy exploring the world on our electric bikes. You’re exercising and give your body a great rush of positivity! If you don’t want to purchase a bike immediately, try exploring Norwalk by hiring a bike for a day. Such a pretty, safe, flat, waterside town to explore. Thank you Mike!
