It is a very interesting tour for those who want to know the history of the island and take photos, I believe that 30 minutes of visit is already enough.. the view is too beautiful!

A restored and well prepared place for tourist visits. The entrance fee is 16.00 and you can pay with cash, card, pix. There is no clothing restriction to enter. We were on the beach in swimsuits and we could meet. There's work done by very pretty housewives. We went in the low season, so there was no open dining room. There are clean bathrooms on site. The view of the fortress is very beautiful, very worth a visit.

They don't accept pix or card. I had to come back, with two little kids, without visiting. Zero attempt to solve the situation by the employees.

The fort is a very beautiful place and during the tour there are many signs explaining the entire place, as well as more detailed information on larger signs inside the buildings. You must pay to enter (R$ 16.00 in full). PS: The climb by car to the fort is super steep.

Great tour, beautiful place, incredible view. You pay 16$ reais per person to enter, students pay half. It's worth the visit, diving into a piece of the history of the capital of Santa Catarina.

This is a trip that is very worthwhile. After the renovation, it became more beautiful and better maintained, well signposted, telling us a true story, taking us to unique corners and views that can only be seen there. It's perfect for going with older children, who already understand and are curious to know how things were in the past. Go prepared with money in your pocket, as UFSC, which takes care of the place, was not able to have at least the PIX payment option, which made several people on the day I went give up on going. This issue is hidden on the internet, with outdated value. On some websites it said it cost 8 reais, but when you got there it was 16 reais per person! Another detail that could be improved was publicizing the lacemakers present on site, valuing their work more. If you call them to be there, do it right. The city council removed free parking near the site, and now residents of the neighborhood are charging 30 reais to park, with the trip lasting no more than 4 hours. In short, the place itself is very worth it, but the structure around it needs to improve and be less exploited by tourists, especially those who live in Florianópolis.

Historically important fort, highlighting the Portuguese strategy in preventing the seizure of strategic points in colonial Brazil by foreigners. It has a wonderful view and you can even rest and swim in the sea.

Beautiful place, so we couldn't go in. The information says they accepted pix as a form of payment, but when we arrived at the ticket office, the attendant said that the system was down and gave us no alternative other than paying in cash. For those who come from far away to get to know the city and its history, the tour was disappointing.
