Brand new complex. Well marked fields clean bathrooms. Pay to park was only negative aspect but might be worth it if it keeps fields maintained.

This is a very large, very nice multi-field turf field complex in the middle of nowhere lower Delaware. The newly constructed ramps to get in the facility are horrendous and traffic backs up quite a bit during certain times of the day. But perhaps the most icky aspect of this facility is the charge to park here. Families like ours come from all around and spend lots of money in the area - do you really have to charge $10/day for me to watch my kids in their tournament? Especially when most of that time it’s to park in a dusty field of overflow parking? Hopefully enough programs will realize this is akin to extortion and elect not to participate in events that use this nickel and diming facility.

We were just here for a soccer tournament and I'm still scratching my head over this. The roads to access to the facility while brand new, are absolutely horrible to have to navigate. If a civil engineer designed these roads, they should be fired. The facility itself is quite nice with numerous restrooms adjacent to each collection of playing fields/turfs. Also with multiple concession stands for ease of getting snacks. The parking situation is an outrage though. When our entire team arrived and parked despite a huge number of other teams there and vehicles parked on the grass and sides of street by the entrance we only then heard over the PA system that we had to pay to park or get fined. Not even our coach knew anything about need to pay to park there through an online app only. A few of our parents couldn't get cellular service there and some didn't have credit cards handy to pay, but I believe we all managed to scramble and found a means to pay the outrageous fee ($15.50 for the 2 days). We didn't see the signs on the way in because of all the vehicles parked on the grass. It would have helped if the fee was included as part of the tournament registration or a notice went out to the coach ahead of time to better prepare everyone. Even having someone collecting money on the way in would have been better. I find it obnoxious that we paid to come to the tournament, paid to stay in hotels endorsed by the tournament so they received kickbacks, AND we had to pay to park too. This is highly outrageous and I won't be going back again. Lastly, the staff there weren't very friendly or helpful. The folks driving the motorized golf carts around the fields much too fast were annoyed when asked for help and guidance about the parking. The staff at the snack bars had no idea what to tell us. In general a poorly run operation in my opinion. Coaches, please stay away from this place!

Complex was easy to find immediately off Route 1. Getting in and out of the complex was easy. Fields were turf and in good condition. The players enjoyed the covers over the benches on the stadium field. There were real bathrooms with heat (a luxury as a sports parent). Concessions were quick and had good options.

Super Nice! Great layout...I think all were turf--we were on fields 4 & 5. 8 was turf, so I do not think any grass...well marked for parking also...such as...separate parking lots that have signs that say, Park Here for Fields 1, 2, 3, and so on. Very well thought out. I also saw two concessions stands...probably more--good spacing between fields and great walkways between fields and space for chairs on sidelines--Someone in our group ate and said the food was excellent. We were here for soccer tournament--just super, well thought out, with many fields w/great surfaces & great parking! All moved smoothly--no back ups of any kind and all games we had were on schedule! Great job whoever had this vision, designed, and built these turfs/parking!! Will gladly attend any tournaments here! Hampton Inn-close by-nice, newer hotel, straight shot to turfs, only a few miles!

Amazing facility basically in the middle of no where but right off of Route 1. Attended a Lacrosse tournament which ran for 4 days. Good concession stands, clean restroom facilities and adequate parking for hundreds of players, coaches and spectators.

We recently competed in a lax tournament at this complex. Luckily we allowed plenty of time to get there because they divert traffic 3 miles past the facility. I completely understand the need but it definitely needs to be posted on the website so people know about it. I heard they were also trying to charge a parking fee but I was personally never approached to pay one. A parking fee is INSANE! The tournament organizers should pay that. The tournament fees are high enough. The facility is nice and clean bathrooms are always a plus.

Great fields and nice stands with plenty of parking. Very near US 1 and Dover. Make sure to stop by JP's at the warf.
