While the staff were personable and efficient, the spa is small and unremarkable. No offers of anything but water, no invitation to stay and relax. The area seemed crowded and the process felt rushed. The inn is great, but i would skip the spa.

Tabitha is an excellent facialist and waxer. Before the prices shot up 30 percent in 2 years, i came to her each summer after a week on the beach. I live in Manhattan and my excellent salon there charges 25 percent less than the Bellmoor. Yes Rehoboth is a beach resort but it is hardly Easthampton and the prices are nuts. Good if you live in a place where there are no good facialists so spring for it here.

I think it is a stretch to call this a “spa”. There is no changing area for men and women, just one bathroom. There is no open rest area, sauna, or steam room. The hot tub is nice but small. Pool area outside is average size.
Our couples massage was very nice. Honestly, if it wasn’t for Jay and Thomas, I wouldn’t recommend this spa at all. Sorry, it just did not meet my expectation for a true day spa.

Great hotel and breakfast was plentiful but the spa services were not what. I paid for, both the 50 minute facial and 50 minute massage were close to 40 minutes. I did get a discount on the massage after I told them what happened but having both treatments be shorter than what I paid for dampened my experience.

Our massage met expectations. We were pleased with the clear communication, expert massage, and kindness of both of the people who served us today. To earn the highest rating, however, the Bellmoor needs to give a bit more attention to detail.
1. Provide a shower for spa patrons to use after a service before heading out, so patrons don’t have to return to their hotel or home before continuing their day.
2. Replace lightbulbs that are out. I counted three out in the hot tub room and one out in the ladies restroom.
3. Fix broken pieces of the hot tub for a truly classy look.
4. Invest in a signature scent so that all spaces smell lovely and make you want to spend more time there.

a friend and I went to celebrate our birthdays. The lay out f the lounge was a pathway to the rooms. No changing room, just a bathroom to put robe on. I had to ask for slippers. 6 Lockers in the bathroom, only one had a key. Nice to have use of the jacuzzi in a room behind the desk, but no blow dryers to dry wet hair. Had to ask for them.. Again no changing rooms just small bathroom. I have been to other message spas and the surroundings and message ( 50 minutes) were not worth $150 . People were very nice :). I did get a local discount of $12.

My experience was both therapeutic and relaxing. Roxanne listened to me describe my problem areas and addressed them all. The pain and tightness in the upper back muscles was alleviated by the end of the massage. I feel great. My thanks to Roxanne.

Wonderful experience with full body scrub 50 minute. Professional and relaxing. Skin feels great and feels very moisturized and soft. Front desk staff and person doing my scrub made me feel special.

Spent NYE weekend at the hotel and was looking forward to a relaxing day at the spa.
Received a phone call on the way to the hotel explaining that our appointment was cancelled at the last minute due to an illness. We drove down for the weekend from NJ so we really didn't have any other options and none were provided.
Spent almost $600 for a horrible experience on facials (I didn't need to know the life history of the person doing the facial) and body scrub (lasted 25 minutes top).
No compensations was offered and they wanted to charge us more then the package we purchased. Everyone seemed to rush us through the process.
I don't mind paying a premium price for these services but they better be worth the money spent.
They also had a new employee call to tell us the bad news. This person had no idea what was going on and could not answer any questions we had. Never received a call from management, which would have been appreciated.
