Hello, sorry we missed your question. We recently reduced our admission to $12, which includes the 200-acres of gardens, the first floor of the Mansion, and the Chauffeur's Garage. We do not currently offer a gardens-only day pass.

Hello, we do require masks inside the Mansion, Chauffeur’s Garage, and restrooms. Masks are only required outdoors when in close proximity to other guests or our staff.

Hello, once you park our new gate is right there along with the gardens/grounds so the walk is minimal.

Hello we open tomorrow (May 1st) and offer guided highlight tours throughout the day at 11, 1, 2, 3. These max out at 12 people and are on a first come first served basis. I hope that answers your question.

The tours are included in the price and if you would like to take the Garden tour on the shuttle too, it’s also included. Everyone MUST take their shuttles inside the property and out too. I would plan on at least 2-3 hours especially if the weather is good. Hope that this was helpful.

I don't know for sure but there is no food there. As I recall they do have tickets so I would imagine that they would allow you to go out and return. Best to confirm with them to be sure. Jo-Ann

Hi Cathy, There is an elevator to all of the floors of the house as well as a chair lift, so the whole house is accessible. We are currently closed for the winter though and will reopen in May. We hope to see you then and thank you.

They no longer take reservations. They now allow children, so it can get pretty crazy during peak times. No more guided tours and now there are many restrictions on where to go. It's OK now, but it used to be so much better. Call before you go, as it's not always open. Hagley Museum is near there, so consider that as well or instead. No reservations thee either.
