I am very happy with my prenatal Yoga classes here. Great energy and super nice atmosphere with professional instructor. For sure I would highly recommend for everyone, as they offer classes at various levels.

Fly Yoga Miami Studio rocks! You get filled with good energy the second you step in. My kids have been practicing yoga there for several years and they absolutely love it. I've also been taking classes there for a while now and all the instructors I've had are amazing. Specially Maria, the owner, she is the sweetest and most positive person I've ever met. Out of this world warm and kind, an incredible human being.

I found this yoga studio on 96th Street by mistake. The place is small and not noticeable if someone doesn't tell you about it. But the classes are superb, not expensive and there is a large variety. It is very close to Bal Harbour shops.
The yoga classes on the beach and offered by the Hotels tend to be expensive and amateur.
This studio offers great classes at various levels.
I especially enjoyed Ashtanga with Joseph Armstrong.
I highly recommend the studio!
