Such an amazing Museum! If you are anywhere near Boca Raton this is a MUST. As well as having an beautiful museum they have a store that will be sure to please any collector.

I found my visit to Sports Immortals so rewarding. My lifelong Friendship with Joel started the 1st time we met. Their exhibits, movie presentation and store can only be described as, "Simply the Best". I do cry when I watch the Movie because you feel the connection. Every time I visit Boca Raton my first stop is Sports Immortals. I recommend everyone visit this five star attraction.

place is basically shut down. You pay $5 to walk in a small hallway and watch a video on how great this guy is. Everything else is off limits. Can't take a picture. not really that much you can see. we were only 2 there and now i know why

The museum is really small and you are not allowed to take fotos. Not worth going, thou price only 5$. If you are looking for expensive souveniers, they have loads.

I am a huge Sports fan and Sports Immortals makes me an even bigger fan. I became a frequent customer of the Store. Buying and trading items throughout the store. John is extremely knowledgeable. I love it there. The Museum is Very Cool.

Yesterday afternoon my wife and I were joined by another couple for an hour at this truly amazing collection of sports memorabilia. If you are a real sports fan it will take you all afternoon to pore through all the interesting stuff one man has accumulated in a lifetime of collecting. We were the only visitors when we were there. Every major sport is represented and much of the collection is for sale. The two ladies in our group enjoyed the visit as much as we guys did. At the present time the first floor is undergoing renovation, so if you want to come here, you might want to wait till the reconstruction in complete, partly because there are no toilet facilities available during the construction. $10 admission includes free off-street parking.

If you are a sports fan this is one place you will be doing yourself a disservice by not going to. There is no other sports memorabilia museum in the entire world like this. These are the words of Jim Platt Founder, owner, of Sports Immortals Museum and I agree.
If your sports heroes were in the 1950's to 1980's , whatever sport it was, those heroes
memorabilia are here.
Muhamad Ali boxing robe, Honus Wagner's glove, Booby Jones in Golf are just a few of the many spots heroes represented here. There is something from every hero of all major sports. Life like statues of Sports Heroes are scattered through the building. Two floors by the way. First floor is free and second there is a small charge to go through ,. It is worth twice the price to see the collections and memorabilia items.
Sports hero's Personal items, were collected by Mr. Platt who began his collection when he was 4 years old. I cannot express the true wonders of this exhibit. Posters, personal items, the list goes on and on forever. I spent close to 3 hours and I know i did not see it all.
There is a book called "Sports Immortals "that documents this sports Memorabilia Industry icon,Jim Platt, his collection and his life journey which will never be repeated by any one.
You have children interested in sports, they will talk about coming here for ages.

Great collection. The kids were amazed. Really fun for a sports fan! I wish they could show even more as they told us there is so much more in their archives.
