Great job, Gold Mobility! On time delivery and pickup. Pride 3-wheeler in excellent condition, fully charged. Phone holder, fan and USB ports, too. Used responsibly for 8-10 hours on five consecutive days and battery meter barely moved. Charged nightly. Prefer 3-wheeler for nimbleness and turning ratio to the cooler looking 4-wheeler. Can't go wrong with Gold Mobility.

Excellent service from start to finish. Delivered clean and fully charged on time. Battery life was the reason we picked GMS based on reviews. Charged overnight and used all day in parks, including Animal kingdom which is the standard test for mobility scooters. Never came close to running out. GMS really does deserve their 5* ratings.

We rented a Pride VICTORY 10 4-wheel Mobility Scooter for a week. We had it delivered to Coronado Springs and picked up from Animal Kingdom Villas - Jambo House. I was texted 48 before delivery and 48 hours before pick-up. The driver arrived on time for drop off and pick up, and the scooter operated beautifully. My wife used it all day for seven days; we charged it every night, and the battery life only went barely yellow once. Best of all, a seven-day rental was less than the price of 3 days rental from Disney, we didn't have to stand in line at ECV rental every morning, and she had it everywhere she went. GMS has earned a customer for life. Thank you for everything!

A perfect experience. Scooter was delivered and picked up on time. A problem was handled immediately. Battery last over 15 hours of park time and was a dream to drive. Easy to get on and off of Disney buses. Held all our necessary junk in the basket and a backpack hung on the back of the seat. Was able to enjoy my great grandson’s first Disney vacation. Gold’s would be my first choice for my next scooter rental.

I cannot believe I am writing this review. Previous review 5 stars.
I have rented from this company 10 times since Oct 2021. Yes 10 times, a returning experienced customer who knows how their scooters work, a customer who has referred many new clients, and I'm under 170 lbs. Previous rentals with their scooter would last all day (12 plus hours) with no need of charging and still a few bars left to spare. But on my last rental, after 2 days of using their scooter, I asked for it to be swapped for a different one. There was an issue with the battery or the scooter itself. The bars (battery gauge) on the scooter were all over the place, after 2 hours, I would lose at least half of the battery power or more. Their response: would only pickup/exchange it if the battery died within 4 hours. Seriously, the battery normally would last 12 hours plus for me in the past. You would think, as an experienced renter, I would know if I had a lemon. They refused to swap it unless I brought it to their facility and there is a $25 fee for exchanges / diagnosis fee. Or if the battery died within 4 hours, and only then they would come and get it for free. FYI, it died twice on me in 4.5 hours.

Ableworld is a company to avoid at all costs as the people who run it in Gloucester are definately not there to help any one except the actual original purchaser of a scooter. If you are the wife/husband/ fiance/brother/sister or other person they wont even speak to you and they become very abusive and rude to anyone who is not the original purchaser. Ableworld is to be avoided at all costs. My scooter went in to have the key lock repaired and it took 8 weeks to do after having ordered the incorrect lock twice and the third time it was sent by ship and got stuck in Panama Canal instead of sending by post. I give it ZERO stars and less if possible.

The scooter was in poor repair. In order to make it go you had to wiggle the handlebars. It used battery faster than prior scooters I have used. Kept it at the lowest setting and if not for family members giving it a starter push I probably would still be there waiting for it to move. Putting it at a higher setting used a lot of battery and would have not lasted the whole day... very dissapointed.

I have rented from GMS in the past and have had great service and equipment. This visit, the scooter was like new and worked great for us. The only issues we had were in scheduling drop off and pick up. We were driving from Indiana and experienced traffic delays of several hours.
I contacted them right away to see if we could bump out the delivery by several hours. They were able to make it work-Which I appreciate, but they really made me feel bad for the delay, initially saying they had no other deliveries to our Disney hotel after our scheduled 1 pm.
We ended up adding a park day onto our stay and I called to see if we could keep the scooter one more day. (They charge a weekly rental fee-so there would be no additional charge). We asked to move pick up from the evening to the next morning. Again, we were initially told they had no availability to pick up at my Disney hotel the next morning. After I pretty much begged-they agreed to a 7 am pickup the next morning which I greatly appreciated.
The next morning, my husband waited outside the lobby (where we were told to be) for 45 minutes past our scheduled time. He happened to see a GMS person dropping off a scooter for another guest. He agreed to take my scooter with him, but said I wasn’t anywhere on the pickup schedule for that day.
I know they are busy and it was the holidays, but their Customer Service could use an upgrade too.

My scooter was delivered on time and in pristine condition. The battery lasted through long days in the parks. The rear basket was a life saver but the extra length added by the basket did make it hard to fit on busses; until I saw how to easily take off the basket for the bus trip. The price is fair and I'd definitely use Gold Mobility Scooters again.

Rented a scooter for 8 days for my elderly father. Turned out to be a god send & he was soon off zooming around the parks. Don't think we would of managed half the things we did without it & the fact we could break it down to put in the boot (Trunk) of the car was brilliant. We were due to return the evening before we went home but spoke to GMS & they agreed to pick it up the following day. No issues with charging & no issues with not enough juice. Cant fault the team at GMS & would highly recommend. Thanks

Do they have an off hours pick up time? If I have an early check out time, can I leave the scooter at my Disney resort bell desk?

The do not have an agreement with Disney to leave their scooters, but they are very easy to deal with and will work around your times. They were in touch with me the night before my trip by text to confirm everything, then again as soon as our plane landed. They were waiting when I arrived at the resort. They have 24/7 support, so an early pickup shouldn’t be a problem if required,

They don’t do daily rates per se. It’s a flat fee for up to 7 days, which includes liability waiver, delivery and pick up. The one I rented - Pride Go-Go Sport 3 wheel was about $150 - much cheaper than renting on site at the parks!

I am going to Disney and Universal in July. I've heard great things from reviews off our FB group, so it's not biased in any way. So, my question is - what hours are your delivery and pick up times and how do we get from Disney to Universal with the scooter and all our luggage? I have a scooter of my own, but will not be bringing it because it's just too hard to fly with, not to mention the cruise we are taking before hand. I don't need the scooter the day we arrive because we are not going to a park that day, but I want it before we open the park the next morning. I know there will be a couple of days it will not be used, but there is nothing I can do about that since asking for pick up and new delivery would be obscene.
