They take your reservation and your credit card # in advance and then dont show up at dock. No call to tell you they are not coming. Standing at the dock with your family trying to tell your 11year old why we are not going fishing. Great experience!! Calls not returned. Was even willing to reschedule. I am getting pissed all over again. Then you have to have your credit card company get money back.

Unless you are in their kayak tour group, you are invisible! They seem to think they own the launches and waterways and are bullies out there. They noisily yell all their important information, scaring off any wildlife viewing, and block waterways for others with their groups. They spread their kayaks all over the ramp and beach, and walk away to give their spiel, leaving nowhere for anyone else to launch or access the water. I emailed them but off course, no response. They don't care, it's all about them.

Please do not go on this tour unless you like being talked to like a child, having your career criticized and being threatened because that is exactly what happened to me when I was contacted by ERIC to go on the tour that I was scheduled to be on. I was attempting to explain to him why I was not able to make it that day and he began screaming at me, insulting me, and threatened to call the police! I told him to go ahead and I would gladly speak to a police officer but conveniently for him, none was able to be found. I asked him if I could reschedule or come later on this same day, and again just began yelling and being extremely rude. I called Living Social to attempt to get a refund..and they will not give me a penny back! Eric also sent me a text message threatening me with an attorney and the police! Unbelievable!...Horrible person..He claimed to be the owner but refused to give me his last name...

BUYER BEWARE!!! DONT BUYS THIS TOUR ITS A SCAM!!! This company is now Dolphin Paradise Tours. I purchased this tour through living social. I contacted dolphin paradise tours in early May to schedule a trip for the end of June. It took several days to get through when I finally spoke to someone they told me I had to wait til it was 30 days to the day I wanted to go then call back so that's what I did. When I called back the girl (Amanda) was very rude and she said I had to book it online so I go online to book and it’s sold out. So I try to book for another time and it says you can’t book before a certain day because it can’t be more than 30 days to the day you want the tour. So I keep trying and for 2 weeks I can’t book anything. so I stay up one night til 1145pm when at midnight it would be 30 days to the day I want to book I go online and check and it’s all sold out but 1 spot on the 4pm tour so I test it out and try to book and it tells me you can’t book because it is longer than 30 days. How can it be sold out if it won’t let you book. The whole thing makes no sense. I tried calling them and getting help and again Amanda answered the phone. She was unwilling to help and she wouldn't give me the name of the owner or manager she wouldn't do anything. She said I needed to email them from their website so I did and no one ever got back to me. So I called living social and explained that they are refusing to book a reservation for me and told them what was happening and they gave me deal bucks for the amount I paid to use for something else. I think they purposely fill up there booking so no one can book online then your voucher expires and you’re out your money.

I am not even sure where to start. It took me about 5 phone calls to actually book the two trips I got on LivingSocial, airboat ride and a fishing tour. After booking I was humiliated after reading all of the bad reviews but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Because of my skepticism I called 2 days prior to confirm everything was set and they confirmed. We drove over an hour to get to the fishing tour and was about to leave when "captain" Eric showed up 20 minutes after our launch time. He showed up with his son in a little dilapidated boat. We were almost too embarrassed to even go through with it. We caught a couple puffer fish (without any of Eric's help). At one point Eric asked what we do for a living and made numerous jabs at my profession (I am an engineer), including a comment that my boyfriend dates me for my money! He turned around 25 minutes EARLY and we got back 15 minutes before we were even supposed to finish the tour. His tip reflected his business and professionalism.
As if everything wasn't bad enough, we still had an airboat ride planned 3 hours later. Again, we attemped to call and confirm the trip, but after being put on hold for 20 minutes I gave up. We called another 3-4 times with no answer. Time came for our tour and we looked for the address we had been given. IT DOESN'T EXIST! There was an airboat ride place a short distance down the road so we stopped in to see if they have any info. I couldn't believe what they told us. They USED to have an airboat ride launching from this place but were "kicked out" and don't even operate or own an airboat!! Furious we tried yet again to call the company and got a "yes, our airboat rides aren't running today because of the weather" well duh....I insisted I would get my money back through LivingSocial otherwise he would be hearing from me again. We decided to pay for a new ride at the outfitter that informed us of this and had a wonderful time. Same price, professional tour guide, private tour, and we even took our own beer. I called LivingSocial who was apologetic and encouraged them to never work with these people again!!!

These people #@#$%% will get your credit card number when you make reservations and probably not show up for the trip. They don't care that you drove a long way to get there. They put discount coupons on Groupon ,Living Social and Deal Chicken cause they can't get any repeat business. Once you go on this maybe trip you will never book another.

I bought this trip through living social. I scheduled 2 different time, and they cancel both time an hour and half before the trip. I was already on the way and had mad extensive plans to prepare for it. They were then rude and flippant about it. When I called living social they said there had been numerous complaints about this company and they gave me my money back. Just stay away from these con a

Rude staff. No knowledge of company or practices. Shadey business dealings. We bought tickets through living social and was a complete waste of time and a hassle. Everyone we spoke to was rude and condescending, had a trip planned and tickets bought we drove 2 hours to get there to find out they had cancelled the snorkeling tour(which we had paid specifically for) and were offered to go on their nature tour instead, we were out there in full wet suits and gear and they told us, even though we had confirmed our reservations two days in advance, that we "must not be able to listen" to our faces. Dont waste your time on these scam artists.
