Terrible customer service! The worst I have ever experienced! The They require you to arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation and nobody was there! The place was empty. I called their business number and a female voice told me she was on her way, and that she was still 20 minutes away! I don't like to complain, but I think this review was necessary. These people are not professional at all. The Calypso employee arrived at 10:01 a.m. to the parking lot. She told me she was notified of our reservation not long ago and that was the reason she was late. When I asked her if she was going to refund me for the time she made me and my family wait in the heat for more that 30 minutes she said " no, we don't do refunds and your reservation is at 10 :00 a.m"..., even when she arrived 31 minutes late. Calypso Kayaking this is not aceptable! Not at all . My main discontent was the nonchalant actitude of the woman and her lack of empathy. She pretty much blamed her company for being late."
