I bought a new weedwacker a couple of weeks ago. Alex put it together for me, I'm 68 woman. Today I couldn't get it to work. Luckily my furbaby and I took it in and Alex was working. Alex showed me what was wrong and how to fix it myself. Alex said if needed just bring it in and he would be happy to take care of it if it happens again. Weeds got wrapped up in the spool area. This kind treatment is why I love shopping at our Rual King her in Crystal River. My furbaby a Husky Dakota luvs going with me there. Thanks for the kindness.

I had a disappointing experience at a local store recently, as a Jewish Individual that I feel compelled to share. While shopping at Royal King in Bluefield, WV, a situation arose that left me feeling disrespected and unheard. Despite trying to address the issue calmly, I was met with rudeness and confrontational behavior from the staff. It was surprising to learn that the individuals involved were the HR and operation managers of the store. As a CEO myself, I believe in upholding high standards of customer service and professionalism.
It is disheartening to encounter such behavior in a retail setting, especially from those in leadership roles. I firmly believe that respect and courtesy should be fundamental values in any business. I have taken steps to address this matter through legal channels, as I believe such conduct should not be tolerated. I urge those who value ethical and respectful treatment to consider shopping elsewhere.
It is essential for companies to uphold values of respect and professionalism at all levels. As leaders, we must set an example for our employees and ensure that customer service remains a top priority. I hope that this incident can serve as a reminder of the importance of treating others with dignity and respect in all interactions.

I love this place lol. Came here with my dog and we just had a blast! We both always love the free popcorn after we're done shopping here. And they those old fashioned candy's too!!

Great place to walk around, munch on free popcorn, and pick up some gifts for family and friends. Will definitely add it to our stop list on future visits!

I went to Rural King for gardening items. I asked a few questions about weeds and insects. The young man named Dillon answered everything and made some recommendations. He was busy stocking the shelves but took time to help me find the items that I needed. I am a senior citizen and he treated me with respect. He has very good manners and was knowledgeable, nice, polite and friendly.
You should clone him and give him a raise. Also I got a good deal on some items that I had not intended to buy!

A friend told me Rural King had jeans for $10. So I went in and to my amazement, I found a perfect fit pair of jeans. Not a 35"(too small) , not a 36"(too big), but a 35" waist. A perfect fit. They also have a mix of household goods, food, farm feed and supplies. Worth a look.
