Went to see Annie musical with my son. 1st timer here, and it was simply lovely. Every seat is a good seat, and all the staff were quite friendly. Super clean!

During a recent trip to the Ft. Lauderdale, FL, area, we were fortunate to learn of a Chanticleer concert to be presented at Broward College's Bailey Hall. This 1200-seat performing arts venue is a top-notch facility with EXCELLENT acoustics and sight lines. First opened in 1979, it has completed a renovation as recently as 2014. A listing of celebrities and groups to have appeared/performed here is impressive, from Tony Bennett to the Preservation Hall Jazz Band to Shakespeare plays and much more.
Prior to this visit, we had been unaware of Bailey Hall, but will certainly check its schedule of performances when we next visit the area. This is an excellent performing arts center, and easy to get to from Ft. Lauderdale and the surrounding area. Plenty of free parking in large lots within a four-minute walk of the hall entrance, though we note that Bailey Hall does recommend arriving at least 25 minutes prior to an event's starting time to avoid parking congestion.
