I’ve gone with this company more times than I can count, all their crew are certified captains! Best company in town and most professional people to work with. I recommend Parasail Englewood to anyone looking for an unforgettable time! Can’t wait to come back next week and do it again with more family and friends that visit!

Ethan and JT are ah-mazing! Knowledgeable, friendly and funny!
While this is my 5th time parasailing, it was my husband's first. We thoroughly loved every minute of our experience ❤️

Do not recommend. We booked 3 days before online for 330pm, we switched to 130pm but they wanted us to come earlier because it was their slow season they said, we agreed to come at noon but they was pushing for 1030am(we had other plans). Then the day of they called and cancelled at 9am because of weather, which currently says 39% chance of rain (typical for Flordia)..now it's to late to book at another place and today is our last day in Fordia, my kids are bummed. Don't recommend
ALSO..after this review I have received several calls and messages from this company, they even went to the extent of calling me a bad mom because I was upset about them canceling because they claim the weather was too bad...with the point being they allowed us to book at a time then called several times wanting to reschedule because it didn't fit their schedule even tho it let me book and PAY online!! If the times don't work for your personal schedule, don't let people book online! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

We're sorry you had this experience. If you could call or email us with more details, we'd love the opportunity to make it right. Using the details given in this review, We can't find any reservations that match this description. As far as the weather goes, if our captains believe there's a chance it would be unsafe to take you out with inclement weather nearby, we stand behind their decision. We have a 100% safety record and plan on keeping it that way. Please reach out to us directly and ask to speak with the owner and we'd be happy to get to the bottom of this.

I have parasailed but never where I loved. WOW, we really do live in paradise. My favorite though was experiencing it with my 13 year old daughter and 16 year old Godson, they never did it before. It was amazing!

An unforgettable experience!!
Highly recommended Kizza and Ethan were fantastic! From an observer to agreeing to parasail it was a great experience. They made you feel comfortable and took step by step to ensure safety, comfort and a memorable voyage. Ethan took amazing pictures that captured every moment perfect (photo package a must include). Between the laughs and mixtures of emotions and fears accumulating while anticipating being in the air. Zizza ensured all was incheck and an experience that was one of a kind and outstanding!! Englewood parasailing thank you so much for helping me conquer my fear and making a memory for the books!!!

Keiser and Ethan were incredible guides! They ensured we had the best experience possible while parasailing for the first time! They engaged the guests, gave recommendations on local shops/diners, and were friendly while being professional. I will recommend this company to everyone. Thank you guys for being the best parasailing group around! Forever loving yellow boat crew! -Chicago man and his lady.

Kizza was a great captain. Very funny, personable and great with the kids that were on board. Ethan was also very personable and knowledgeable. Very nice guys and great at what they do. They made our first time parasailing memorable and we plan to be back.

Kizza and Ethan are the reason we keep flying with you all each year. We’ve flown with Parasail Englewood 4-5 times now. They never disappoint. It is ALWAYS enjoyable and we feel 100% safe. Kizza is excellent in reading his customers and what works for each. We were a group of five and there were 3 other groups (2 doubles, one with 3). One of the doubles spoke no English and were a bit hesitant. Kizza made certain the rest of us cheered them on!! He finds common ground with EVERYONE! I hope the owners realize what a rare ability that is —both Kizza and Ethan. I worked in the corporate world almost 40
years. This kind of customer service is RARE…most especially these days. Keep up the great work. We will be back next

We had a blast parasailing on April 25th! Kizza & Chris were awesome captains and made the experience so much fun. Lots of jokes and great music. We had a full boat and they were efficient and always made us feel safe. What a great time. I'd recommend this tour to anyone. DO IT!!
