We wasted over an hour trying to get bait while paying to be fishing. While starting we were being told a big talk of going to catch fish easily through the day which ended being false! We ended up finding a spot were we were starting to get bites and caught a couple fish to be advised we were moving again. The whole trip was just driving around and fishing a spot for maybe 5 minutes. We were going for a full day and if it was good doing the extended we only caught like 6 fish keeping 2. It was poor fishing and was charged for the extended even though it was all driving and would have never continued to the extended. Would have less of a rating if it wasnt for possibly due to major weather the week prior but should have been prepared and cancelled if the storm made issues!

Awesome fishing trip!! Weather was questionable but captain Dan put us in the fish!!! We’re an avid fishing family (my husband, 2 teenage boys and I) and were super happy with our day of fishing! Dan was a blast, very personable and an amazing guide!! Caught a lot of fish and a huge variety! Highly recommend, book with Dan!

We took our teen grandkids out with Dan and all of us had such a great time! So beautiful boating around in the islands ! Our grandkids especially enjoyed fishing with Dan and told us it was so nice how patient and fun he was. We all learned a lot and plan to call him when we are ready to go out again!

Dan put us on fish each day that we were out with him. We caught a variety of fish but mostly trout.
He has good gear and a nice boat. But mostly, a great attitude. As an avid fisherman, it's great to fish with someone that loves to fish and that's Dan!

Great two days of fishing with Captain Dan! Kind, friendly, fun and a great fishing experience for our whole family! He even made sure we saw all birds!

Capt Dan knows the Everglades! We were unsure how successful our trip would be to begin w due to 10-20mph winds forecasted but we went anyway. Capt Dan knew just where to go to keep us out of the wind. 6hrs of action catching Trout, Red fish, Snook, Goliath Grouper, and Mangrove Snapper. The last hook up was a thriller- a 5’ or 6’ shark! After a short but exciting fight, we were broken off. Capt Dan is an excellent and knowledgable guide and great w kids. We highly recommend him and we will definitely be back!

Wow! Thank you Capt. Dan for a memorable excursion!
It was an easy ride to Everglades City where a smiling Capt. Dan greeted us. He was ready-to-go, clean boat, and quick to share his knowledge and help us girls.
We had a GREAT day out on the water with Capt. Dan!!! We even saw dolphins!

Captain Dan Rocks...!! What a great day with a very knowledgeable guide. Caught our limit in trout. He knows the hot spots according to what your fishing for. Lots of activity whether your keeping them or tossing them back. Fun day, and we'll definitely be back.

Captain Dan ensured my group of 3 had an amazing time. We left the dock at 8 am and came back around 3 pm. We caught multiple huge snook and caught a 5 foot lemon shark not to mention much much more. He showed us wild life manatees and had 2 pods of dolphins follow our wake to make my wife happy. I highly recommend booking a fishing trip with Captain Dan at Everglades Fishing Adventures.

What a great day with Capt. Dan!! Loved the Pathfinder....he has so much knowledge about the area that we hit the hot spots for trout and flounder right when he wanted to. I felt like a queen the way he's had a shrimp on my line seconds after reeling in. We even had a dolphin in our wake, jumping 3' out of the water, side to side....never gets old! Thanks Capt. Dan - will be back!
