“GREAT RIVERDANCE PERFORMANCE ”

我和我妻子最近一次来访是在昨晚。大河之舞表演。太好了。我们喜欢它。观众中的许多人都戴着 covid 面具。停车是个问题。我们把车停在街对面的一个车库里，停车费是 15 美元。

Great venue, parking tip

Great venue. Comfortable seats and every seat is a good one. Helpful staff. Excellent audio. We parked on the street to avoid parking garage/valet lines. Go early to get a spot and walk along the Riverwalk to get dinner/drinks beforehand. Download the Pay by Phone parking app in advance. Six hours max is $18.

GREAT RIVERDANCE PERFORMANCE

The most recent visit by my wife and myself was last night. Riverdance performed. It was great. We loved it. Many people in the audience wore covid masks. Parking was a problem. We parked at a garage across the street, where it cost us $15 to park our car.

Bring a parka

The theater is beautiful and well located. The problem was the management’s decision to keep the air temperature extremely cold. We had front row seats and were freezing cold even with sweaters and a sweatshirt. People around us were cold and even the ushers were saying they were cold. Unfortunately, we preferred to leave at intermission instead of continuing to shiver. We have seen a lot of Broadway. This is the coldest we have ever been in any theater ever. The management could save a fortunate on air conditioning instead of selling pins to raise money.

Great Venue

We have been season ticketholders for the Broadway series forever. Fortunately, we have tickets in Row J, sometimes 6 or 8 rows from the stage depending on the performance.

Very good sound system and comfortable seats.

Located in downtown Ft Lauderdale with its own parking garage. Tons of very good restaurants nearby.

"Great Venue"

Went to see a musical at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts. Very good sound system and seats. We have been season subscribers for years.

The only negative is the rest rooms, too small for the size of the theater.

Great to see living theater after a two year hiatus. The theater has comfortable seats, very good sound system, and some great performances.

Great Place to See a Show

I saw the traveling Broadway play Tootsie with my daughter. The theater is lovely and there is a restaurant The Chimney House right nearby that was great. I highly recommend a reservation.

Harry Connick. Jr was amazing, and the only reason I’m giving this venue a 4 instead of a 5 was that exiting the venue was very difficult, long lines waiting inside on the catwalk to the parking garage. It appeared as if it needed more exits. Getting out of the parking lot was also very long. We were not in a rush, so we were not overly concerned, however in comparison to other venues we’ve visited, this by far seemed lengthy. Staff were very friendly and made sure everyone was wearing masks correctly. You were not able to enter without a mask properly worn. The inside was beautiful, we had seats in the balcony, and sound probably would be better below. Lastly, the seats were snug, and we are only 5’7 and 5’9, can’t imagine anyone 6’ or taller with long legs -be comfortable. Maybe as you move up in price the seats have more room like airplanes????

Buy Seats at Your Own Risk-written guarantee means 0! They Cancelled prior to perform-no Return $ or ticket replacement

Broward Center for Performing Arts -Ft. Lauderdale
I wanted to see this but the tickets I bought to an EVENING Cirque Daze which was cancelled just prior to show time(couldn't they take a Covid test prior to the show? They had afternoon performance-didn't they test prior to that performance?? ) So, I gather they spread Covid throughout the cast and crew as they never got in touch with me and had no information when called. They will not refund, nor contact, nor pay for parking prior to the show, or exchange for other shows. They gave me phone #'s that never returned calls, emails with no reply and the Supervisor Bill from BCPA was extremely condescending and talked over me. I asked to speak to someone over him -when refusing to give me seats to any other performance or return the ticket price. He said that they were not responsible. He put me on a voice mail I doubt was anybody but his own -as no response.. With Covid being so bad-I would certainly not buy seats since the WRITTEN Guarantee of protection online means though I'd win in court -since it is enforceable in writing-but who wants to do that? Lucky Seats, or Ticket master.(whom they provide the tickets to and make the money are not considered in refunds or ticket replacement.

Being subscribers for years, we were thrilled to return to see Broadway plays at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts. They have an excellent protocol for all attendees.

The venue is great with a very sound system and comfortable seats.
