Not that great. I guess it depends on what have you seen around the world. Very disappointing with all the great reviews. Very little parking available

We absolutely loved snorkeling here. A manatee swam by us twice. Lots of shells. The only negatives were a lot of bugs so plan on staying in the water and the sand is extremely hot. I mean extremely HOT! I had sandals on and it was torture because your foot sinks into the sand and it’s like walking on hot coals. I promise I am not exaggerating- wear sneakers!! You will thank me.

A beautiful location. Had a great time in this natural preserve. So much to enjoy. The rocks are beautiful against the sand and blue ocean. I recommend for any age. The rocks are sharp and there are holes, so take care especially with the littles

Visited on a Sunday with a friend. Perfect day. Parking is limited and we got there late. We only had about 45 minutes before they closed. I missed seeing the museum again. I like the wooded trail that takes you to the beach. There is historical signage. The overlook has limited bench seating. It's a popular beach. The rocks line the beach (not all of it), and water filters thru holes in the limestone. It's best seen on a windy day, as the waves crash, and create a sight against the rocks. A great photo opportunity. There's a charge but we were not charged due to late arrival.
Highly recommend.

Beautiful road trip and mesmerizing views. Great photo opportunity. Go when it’s windy and high tide for best effect. Where some type of shoes as rocks are sharp. The education center was closed when we went. Nice easy pathways to walk and a few benches.

The day we tried to visit, the parking area was roped off with no entrance signs. We had seen this area from a distance from Coral Cove beach earlier in the week.

Pictures don’t do this preserve justice. Had no idea such a place existed in Florida. Watching the waves crash against the rocks is a sight to see. Water crests thru natural holes is very interesting. Recommended wear water shoes. Rocks are very sharp and sand is hot. Spend an hour exploring the rocks or a day enjoying the beach.
We almost brought our dog. So glad we didn’t. His feet would have been burned and cut.

The pictures really don't do it justice. Its absolutely stunning. Make sure you wear water shoes and not just flip flops because the sand is really hot. Also, great leg work out!

Any place nearby to park to walk to this beach ? I read that the parking lot here closes at 4:30 PM . Would like to enjoy the beach past 4:30..

Parking along that stretch of the road is virtually non existant. There may be some further south, but it will be a really long walk.
