I'm an X Card ( highest card available ) and don't win anything on those machines. I've lost over $500,000 since October 2022 between Hard Rock, The Classic and Coconut Creek Casinos. I asked for some free play because I'm tired of losing tens of thousands of dollars and not getting anything back and they didn't give me jack S*#t. I won't even bother going back to the hard rock anymore. If you wanna play slot machines, download a game on your phone. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to any of the casinos because they will take all your money.

NASTY EMPLOYEES

2 nights ago the PIT BOSS and the DEALER at 3 Card Poker YELLED at us for exchanging money at the table with each other (my wife and I.) Then they BOTH YELLED at us to use only ONE HAND to pick up the cards with. No need to be NASTY!! I told them both I'll go elsewhere to spend my money. The PIT BOSS says, "that's your choice." I replied, "that's right MY CHOICE, NOT YOURS." We had to ask the DEALER, "is it OK to touch the cards now?" Does the casino hire people who are NASTY and how LOUD they can yell at people? We won't be returning, we'll go elsewhere.

Only accommodates families of 4 and under

Tried booking a reservation for our family of 5 and they said they don't have a room that can accommodate five (isn't this a family resort!?) and that connecting rooms cannot be guaranteed. So given our children are 7 years and under, this could potentially lead to splitting our family up during our stay (one parent with 2 children and one parent with 1 child). Choose another resort that is welcoming if you are a family of 5 or more!!

The casino is great, but there are no free drinks while you are playing like in Vegas and Atlantic City. That was a downer -lots games and slots

Si vous aimez le casino, aller y faire un tour, mais sans plus.

Je dois dire que nous ne sommes pas des habituer de casino, mais j'aime bien y faire une visite.
Malheureusement, l'endroit est fumeur, il y a un petit endroit non-fumeur seulement. Alors, attendez-vous a avoir de la fumée et de l'odeur de cigarette un peu partout.

Nous avons bien aimé les vêtements de célébrités qui sert de décor de vitrine. Nous avons été déçu que les tables de roulettes soient maintenant automatisé (aucun croupier).

Pour obtenir du stationnement, il est préférable d'arriver avant 20h.
L'endroit vaut le déplacement pour le spectacle de lumière a l'extérieur.

I use to go to coconut creek but they eliminated some of my favorite games
so I tried the hard rock Hollywood
nice, friendly, dealers who made you feel welcome
way better than coconut creek

Disappointed

The one pool that was open was very nice. Love the casino slots! The food was average. Missed the buffet. Most food places closed early. Didn't see a necessity store which would have been nice. Just expensive shops.

Update card shuffling at blackjack tables

dealers had to shuffle every shoe. most modern casinos have automatic shufflers today to speed up the play.

Terrible place- Disrepectful

Terrible. Came here on vacation after an incredibly stressful 2 weeks at work and being stuck in our condo elevator and having to be rescued by fire dept 3 hours prior. Bartender the most rude I’ve ever encountered. Accused me of being too drunk- I most definitely was not. Then threw a menu at my party. Then got rest of bartending staff on her bandwagon- security approached my party of 3 (who had done absolutely nothing wrong/suspicious- all responsible late 20s range) and asked us for our IDs, then told us we were banned from drinking alcohol for 24 hours at this establishment. As a responsible 24 year old with a salaried job and a masters of engineering, these actions (particularly the throwing of the menu) were appalling. My party and I were treated like idiot college students and not believed by management. To be frank, Hard Rock ruined my vacation and my party and I deserve financial compensation for this experience. Writing this immediately after the experience- absolutely not “too inebriated”.
