Dadeland is the original, the largest and most iconic shopping mall in the Miami area. distinguished by the giant "D" atop a concrete tower that has served as a local landmark and unique trademark since the complex opened in 1962. Located at 7535 North Kendall Drive in suburban Kendall, between South Dixie Highway (U.S. Route 1) and the Palmetto Expressway (State Road 826) at its southern terminus where it meets U.S. Route 1, it contains 185 stores and restaurants, a chic fashion wing, al fresco dining in the Terrace Dining area and the AC Hotel Miami by Marriott Dadeland, which opened in 2021. Open from 10 to 8 Monday through Thursday, 10 to 9 on Friday and Saturday and 11 to 7 on Sunday, it covers 1.5 million-square feet, a far cry from the 535,000-square-foot, 60-store complex that debuted 61 years ago. Dadeland is anchored by Florida's largest Macy's, Macy's Home Gallery & Kids, JC Penney and Saks Fifth Avenue. Other shops include Abercrombie & Fitch, American Eagle, Ann Taylor, Aldo, Apple, Boss, Banana Republic, Coach, Shoe Palace, Crocs, Champs Sports, Kay Jewelers, Gap, Foot Locker, Florsheim, Tommy Bahama, Levi's, Loft, Michael Kors, Pandora, Talbots, Stuart Weitzman, Victoria's Secret, Zara and Zales. For hungry shoppers, there are many options. Cheesecake Factory is Dadeland's largest restaurant. Also Basil Thai, ShakeShack, North Italia, Popeye's Chicken, Haagen-Dazs, Charley's Philly Steaks, Cantina Catrina, Kelly's Cajun Gill and Earl's Kitchen & Bar.

Very crowded

We came here a week after New Years and it was so crowded - You would have thought it was Christmas. Lots of activity. There’s places to eat on the second floor.

Hugo Boss store at the Dadeland mall miami Florida on December 11, 2022

Visited the Hugo Boss at Dadeland mall in miami Florida to Christmas shop. I had selected a few gifts ( next to the Tommy Bahamas store) and the worse service. They could care less if you bought or not. They did not have any gift bags or boxes. You’d think you buy a $100-$400+ item they’d have at least a box… think again. Worse of all they didn’t care if you bought or not. Terrible services! Never coming here again.

I cant begin to explain how insulted I felt by a woman working the counter at Bolivia her name was Tilly. When I arrived she admitted she wasn’t helping anyone and when I stepped off to the side to wait for her she continued to set times on watches. I got closer so she may perhaps be more inclined to help me and greeted her kindly and still was ignored. I had to address another gentleman who in less than 5 minutes sorted out my issue.I did address her after and told her about her poor attention to my surprise she said, “she thought I was an employee” what does even say about how she treats her coworkers. A professionally dressed manager from another store expecting to be helped and got the cold shoulder because I looked like her coworkers. Macys should reminder her why they are in business, its because of us as equals and those of us in the industry they are also in business and even if I did work with her I am also a customer at best.

Wonderful Starbucks…

The Starbucks has to be one of the cleanest and friendliest Starbucks I have ever visited (I have visited Starbucks all over the world). I would like to acknowledge Tanisha (?) and Joseph specifically, they were flawless

We had a good experience at Dadeland Mall, where we did some shopping and had a nice lunch. This mall has a very nice atmosphere with many different types of shops, thus allowing you to spend a few hours quite easily.

Past its prime.....
Having visited this mall frequently in the 70s and 80s, currently there is not much you can get from a mall that you can not order online....
It is not as big as "newer malls", bit still a shopping center with "decent - expensive-" sotres (and a small food court)

So frustrating! I bought online 3 things for my baby boy all those were small even when I got him the right size . Went to this store several times for a month trying to return it but was imposible the store is always full of people long long lines to check out no social distancing in place a lot of people with mask under the nose and the employees don’t make anyone respect protocol. Every time had to leave I’m not getting COVID in this store and now they won’t let me return the order since it pass 1 month window return not even give me store credit. Call customer service and the girl was super rude they told me to keep my staff the won’t accept it! I will report this store for not following COVID protocols a line from the cashier that goes all the way to the door is not good. I even had picture! Hope they shut down this store! Won’t buy anything from them ever not online not in the store.
