Lovely aquarium! The tanks are clean and clear for easy viewing. Hunter was our guide for the turtle tour. He spoke clearly and knowledgeably about the turtles in their care. The turtles are resues with special needs. Hunter fed one of the turtles at the end of the tour. He was so patient working with Lola to convince her to eat and take her vitamins. It was nice to see the care that is taken and the concern of staff for the animals in their care.

Great place to visit to educate yourself about our ocean inhabitants and how to coexist when visiting their environment. Staff are knowledgeable and informative on their subject matter. Some areas allow hands-on with the ocean animals! GetSome!!

Great small aquarium. Had A/C in the indoor portions. My 9 month daughter loved looking at all the fish and turtles. They have 4 turtle species and a few tortoises. There were tours every 30 minutes to learn more about the different species.

While it is true that this is a relatively small aquarium, we found it to be quite enjoyable! With plenty of staff nearby to answer questions and offer information, and a sufficient amount of sea critters to observe and appreciate , the experience is what you make it! Bundle your ticket with other attractions to save a bit on admission. Go and enjoy!

We'd been to this aquarium about 15 years ago and thought it would be fun to visit again. We were absolutely right. This aquarium is not big but its exhibits are beautifully maintained and well labeled. The docent, from Minnesota - sadly I can't remember her name, was excellent and, especially important for a hearing impaired person, clearly spoken. The scale is just right - not too small and not too big. Kids, big and little can have a grand time.

Small aquarium for the cost. You get two walls of tanks, 3 open tanks down the middle, a feeding area outside, and an open air tank on the way out. The fish were cool in the tanks, it is great the rescued sea turtles have a place to be.
There was a lot of hype about the touch tank which was limited compared to other touch tanks I have been at.
Overall, it was fine but not great.

Friendly staff members who were knowledgeable about the marine life. If you’re doing a trolley tour make sure to ask for coupons, they may have some for this, saved $2 a person. Would like to see an expansion of this attraction, it’s small but has a lot of potential. Overall it’s a great Key West activity!

Very small “aquarium” and not worth the price. The kids enjoyed seeing the fish but we have been to much better aquariums. Something to do but not worth it.

This was a tiny aquarium with many empty or off exhibit tanks. Honestly it wasn’t very clean and very disappointing. Don’t waste your money. The only redeeming factor is that hopefully the money spent feeds the few turtles and fish we did see.

There are a few steps in the aquarium and the outdoor boardwalk area was narrow and tricky to navigate. It was not stroller friendly for that reason so not walker or wheelchair friendly either. The aquarium itself was very tiny though so if it’s just a matter of walking distance you should be fine.

The ticket we had allowed us to go back the next day but I reckon 2 hours should do it if you include the shark feeding and the outside fish feeding events.
