Wonderful experience. We stayed in the Chalet Menabrea. Equipped with everything you need to relax. With hot tub giving on a breathtaking view.
The exceptional restaurant. And the owners are wonderful. A cuddle to get away from everyday stress. We will definitely be back.

Despite the beautiful location and the welcoming climate there were a number of mishaps. My friend and I entered at 10am and the sauna had just been turned on in fact it was cold. It took almost an hour to warm up and the water tank was completely empty. The Turkish bath was not hot then reached a good amount of steam after 11am and then completely shut down after 12pm. The emotional showers had semi-cold water and it was hard to activate all the sprays, so they were not pleasant at all because they made you shiver. Owner has not mentioned apologizing nor discounting. We told them about the Turkish bath and he told us that we only had to call which we did not do out of privacy because we feared meddling and also we realized it around 1 pm and they knew that by now time nn n was enough. Years ago they were given a welcome kit with shampoo, bubble bath, sponge, cream, towels and slippers now only a measly bag with two tiny cheap bubble baths has survived. Faced with a complaint about should respond with an apology and maybe a small discount. We will not return

Buongiorno,
Rimango allibito nel leggere queste parole, quindi non posso che replicare. Il fatto si riferisce a giovedì 17 ottobre durante il turno dalle 10 alle 14. Alla vostra uscita mi segnalate il solo problema del bagno turco, in quanto verso le 13 vi accorgete che non usciva più vapore, ma come vi ho spiegato bastava chiamarci tramite citofono e noi avremmo fatto ripartire il bagno turco. Questo è proprio il punto principale della questione, perché durante il percorso per 4 ore non c’è stato alcun reclamo? Perché sottolineare più volte la parola “sconto”? Se noi non sentiamo nessuno per 4 ore vuol dire che funziona tutto e non ci sono problemi, invece ora scopro che praticamente non andava niente! Il discorso privacy o intromissione non c’entra nulla, anche perché vi avevamo portato anche il pranzo ( 2 insalate, 2 macedonie, 1 primo e 1 secondo) e anche in quel frangente avreste potuto dirci le cose che non andavano bene e invece nulla! Riguardo al kit che fornivamo, c’erano due strade da prendere o l’aumento dei prezzi oppure togliere dei prodotti non fondamentali quali spazzolino, spugna scrub e crema corpo. Accappatoio e ciabattine dopo il Covid non li abbiamo più dati, ma per chi non riuscisse a portarli ancora oggi li forniamo senza problemi e senza alcun supplemento. I nostri i prezzi sono gli stessi di 6 anni fa, nonostante aumenti di ogni tipo, dall’energia, ai prodotti del buffet. Tra l’altro per parlare di qualità, i grissini e i biscotti sono fatti a mano e di nostra produzione. Spero di essere stato esaustivo.

It was time , years to come here because always full 😂 , beautiful view , 90 euros spent very well mini bar , excellent quality, all beautiful and above all clean , Luca the owner serious and very professional enterprising guy, I found no defects! I will definitely return

This place is magical, magical for the wonderful hospitality, that of the heart, magical for the structure, perfect in every detail; the spa allows you to live four hours of full relaxation, colors and music; magical the chalet where we slept, equipped with all comforts and a beautiful hot tub; magical the breathtaking view, you feel above the clouds.
Thank you so much, you have created an oasis of well-being, the care you put in feels so much.

The room is spectacular, we booked the Suite for 4 hours but in reality you could also stay overnight. Private SPA with hydromassage tub and sauna with panoramic views, emotional shower, salt bed and massage table. They offer herbal teas, coffee, biscuits, fruit salad, salad and cake which I requested gluten-free. Furthermore, it is possible to order gluten free dishes from the menu.

non posso che confermare la risposta di Massimili. Provare a telefonare e chiedere se è possibile inserirsi in una lista di clienti da contattare in caso di rinuncie... e buon relax!!!

Al momento non sono ancora riuscito ad andare in questa struttura, ma considerando l'arrivo della bella stagione, con essa è tornata la voglia di provarci....
Qualcuno dalla zona del canavese (Ivrea e dintorni) che si è già recato ad uno degli Chalet, saprebbe indicarmi la via più agevole per arrivarci?
Da Andrate? Passando per la strada comunemente chiamata Trecciolino?
Oppure dalla galleria della serra, e quindi da Donato?
O infine raggiungendo Graglia da Ochieppo Superiore e poi da li verso e gli Chalet?

Ciao a tutti, avrei qualche domanda per coloro che hanno già avuto modo di recarsi presso La Bossola Chalet Relax Benessere:
1) Avete dovuto prenotare molto tempo prima del vostro soggiorno presso questo centro? Oppure dalle vostre esperienze, è possibile anche decidere di prenotare qualche giorno prima? E' un centro molto frequentato, ed è dunque meglio muoversi con largo anticipo?
2) Un consiglio: per uno degli chalet benessere, oppure per il "weekend romantico benessere", qual'è il periodo migliore dell'anno per goderselo al meglio?
3) Nelle foto che ho visto qui sul sito, c'è una vasca a forma di cuore. Qualcuno sa dirmi con precisione, se questa vasca si trova in uno dei tre chalet benessere (e in caso positivo, in quale), oppure se si trova in uno dei due chalet casa vacanza? Non ho trovato questa informazione, nemmeno sul sito della struttura.
