Lang geleden deze plaats bezocht op een rondreis door Java. Is nog steeds een mooie plek in Kabupaten Kuningan.

Voor mensen die interesse hebben in de geschiedenis van ons koloniaal verleden is dit een plek om te bezoeken. Ligt in heuvelachtig landschap. Heeft tegenover een parkeerterrein. Entree goedkoop, vriendelijke gids. Mooie tuin er omheen met boompjes bougainvilles in diverse kleuren. Hier is door diverse landen een belangrijke overeenkomst getekend. Prachtig decor om foto's te maken.

Well Preserved Historical Site

This museum was a homestay when was chosen as the place to conference between the newly proclaimed nation Indonesia and The Netherlands. A conference known as the Perundingan Linggarjati, which was mediated by the Britain.

The museum exhibits the conference room situation with some if the original furnishings, the accommodation rooms for the Indonesian and Netherlands delegates, along with the black and white pictures of the event.

Tips: come early in the morning (8am) and have one of the guide accompany your visit. They are quite knowledgeable and proud of the history.

Belajar sejarah KMB Linggarjati

Berkunjung ditempat ini tidak sengaja, karena hanya sesaat jelang perjalanan pulang ke Jakarta.
Gedung ini saksi bisu sejarah, tempat berlangsungnya Konferensi Meja Bundar, perundingan antara Indonesia dan Belanda, dengan mediator berasal dari Inggris. Dengan tiket seharga 2 ribu rupiah per orang, amat murah. Udaranya sejuk, fasilitas parkir nya juga cukup luas.

Een must see in Kuningan

Historische plek betreffende de onafhankelijkheid van Indonesië. Entree rp2000. Interessant, zeker als je in Kuningan bent. Museum met mooie tuin.

my son learn a lots since he will study about this place in text book later on on school.

Bagian Sejarah Penting dalam Kemerdekaan Indonesia

Museum Linggarjati (Gedung Perundingan Linggarjati) merupakan salah satu bagian penting dari sejarah kemerdekaan Indonesia. Dimana di Gedung ini, dilakukan perjanjian antara perwakilan Indonesia dan Pemerintah Hindia Belanda yang salah satunya menjadi awal pengakuan secara de facto Republik Indonesia.
Gedung ini terletak di Kabupaten Kuningan dan untuk mencapai lokasi cukup jauh dari pusat kota dengan perjalanan yang menanjak dan jalan yang lumayan kecil.
Namun tetap bisa dilalui bus ukuran sedang maupun besar.

Small museum with big open space

Located in the middle of cirebon and kuningan, this museum is a considerably small museum consisting of just one former house/hotel now museum and quite big space that can be used as a picnic ground and chill out. The museum itself is the space that are used in the linggarjati negotiation in the late ‘40s between indonesia and holland. Translation of the picture and explanation are available, if you are in the area, please do visit!
