Ooo my gosh it was worth every penny the whole experience was top tier front desk ladies are so sweet and welcoming they informed me on everything the place place was super clean and cozy the relaxation room was so nice but the my highlight was that full body massage from Nelly she definitely know what shes doing and Jackie message my husband he loved it we will be back twice a month ❤️

I was so overdue for a massage, and my 50m MyMassage was awesome. I knew I was sore and tight in many spots, but she made me see/feel that I was in many more!

I needed that more than I knew!

I loved the experience The service was incredible. They made me feel like a queen since I arrived. Nelly gave me a spectacular and relaxing massage. The facilities are very clean and beautiful. I recommend a visit to My Spa at the Intercontinental Miami.

Did a deep tissue message while our stay in the hotel. Would definitely recommend anyone to try a message session here. Ask for therapist Nelly. Great hands and great experience for couples or solo session.

Couples Massage

We had an amazing time celebrating our anniversary with a couples massage thanks to the amazing spa staff, especially Jessica B who was so welcoming and went above and beyond to make our visit so special. Bree and Yanisel did an amazing job with our hot stone and aromatherapy massage. We greatly enjoyed the spa amenities, complimentary champagne and amazing service!

A treat to the mind, body & soul!

From beginning to end my experience was an absolute heaven send. So nice to be able to escape from the normal routine and go treat yourself. Do yourself a favor and ask for Jacqueline! She is undoubtedly the most open and kind hearted soul. Amazingly soft yet firm hands. I felt as if she took me under her wing and guided me step by step through each treatment. Not only was she attentive and helpful, her energy was peaceful. From the hydrofacial that left me feeling invigorated to a blissful couples massage. Can't wait to schedule another session. Ty to the whole team including Jessica at the front desk that was a such a bundle of joy.

Jackie was amazing. This is my 3rd time with her and every time i come here it’s 10/10. Jessica greeted me at the front as always and was super welcoming. She is just extremely professional and so helpful.
