Very relaxing massages

My friend and I decided to treat ourselves as part of celebrating my friend's birthday and the completion of her medical boards. I had called two months ahead of our trip to schedule two 80 minute massages at the same time. When we arrived there had been an oops with scheduling and only one of us was scheduled for a 50 minute massage. While it could have been quite disaterous, the manager went above and beyond to rectify the situation and make sure we had the experience we'd hoped for. My friend & I both left the spa very relaxed & happy. We would absolutely return to mySpa if we find ourselves in Miami again.

For the actual spa & treatments - we got the Signature Raindrop massages. The massage was very relaxing and lovely. The therapists were very good at getting the pressure just right. The other spa facilities were nice - changing area with secure lockers, showers, a sauna & a steam room. There is also a small relaxing room for waiting ahead of the massage. Overall, a very nice spa atmosphere.

Bachelorette Spa Day

I cannot RAVE about the staff and service enough! Hands down the best experience from booking and planning with Jessica to the service and attention to detail on the day of my sister's bachelorette spa day this weekend. We truly had a magical time that day also in large part thanks to Carolin and the WONDERFUL massage therapists Liz and Yenisel! All of you ladies played such a pivotal role in making the day as special as it was making all 5 of us ladies feel relaxed and taken care of all throughout the day! Please do yourself the favor and book massages with Liz and Yenisel, I PROMISE YOU WON'T REGRET IT! Their entire staff was truly exceptional and I can't recommend mySpa at the Intercontinental Miami enough! Thank you all again!!!! We'll definitely be back!

I had the most wonderful experience at mySpa where I treated myself to a refreshing hydrafacial. Let me just say, it was an absolute treat for my skin and soul! The ambiance of the spa was serene and calming, creating the perfect environment to unwind and relax. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to make my visit special. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the hydrafacial, which was performed by the most amazing esthetician, Jacqueline. Her expertise and gentle touch left me feeling pampered and rejuvenated. Throughout the treatment, she explained each step, ensuring I was comfortable and understood the benefits of the hydrofacial for my skin. The hydrofacial itself was a revelation! It left my skin looking radiant and feeling incredibly smooth. It was like a mini-vacation for my face, and I couldn't stop admiring the glow that it brought back to my complexion. I look forward to booking another facial with Jacqueline!

Amazing spa experience!

The service here was top notch!! Everyone was super friendly and explained everything that was going on and got me a great deal as well during the Miami spa month. Ivan the masseuse was excellent!!! My neck and shoulder are thanking him so much and was great at asking what I needed during my massage! I could have stayed in the Relaxation room all day it was so peaceful.

Amazing deep tissue massage

Can’t say enough about my experience with my spa. I came in with sciatic pain, and Bree gave me a much needed deep tissue massage. She uses technique! All finished off with a 30 minute sauna. I will be certain to return on my next trip to Miami. 10 Stars!
