Great experience that I would recommend to everyone.
When booking the TOTAL price came to $198 for my husband and I.
AFTER paying and on receiving the booking details, they then mentioned there would be an extra charge of $50 per person to pay for fuel.
As the experience is non refundable we were forced to pay an extra $100
Just bear this extre cost in mind, as this can become very expensive if you have a large group.

We had an absolutely terrible experience at this shop. First, we paid for the jet ski for one hour ride, but we only got to use the jet ski for half an hour, and they completely failed to deliver the photo service we requested—this was entirely their fault. Since we were leaving the next day, they promised a refund if we emailed them, just to pacify us at the moment. However, after we emailed them, they refused to issue a refund and totally obey our agreement. The chances of us coming back to use the credits are almost zero. We lost about $430 in total—a truly awful experience. Stay away from this dishonest business. Don’t let unethical practices slide!

We thought this option would be $15 for the entire jet ski experience, but it was actually $15 for a 20% discount; you would still have to pay for the jet ski. Lots of details in fine print; would definitely not recommend unless you want to waste money

The Viator people scammed the whole deal. I specifically called and inquired about the combo package and the price. I was told $39 (unbelievably attractive) price was to cover both activities. We end up spending 10 times more money as it turned out that the price listed and promised covered only reservation.
The activity itself was amazing but I advise do not get trapped with the false claims and non transparency.

I give 2 stars only because it took us a quick ride. Minus 3 stars because the price was listed as $29, when we called, they also told us it would only cost $29, but when we arrived, it had already become $89, when we started asking why, they told us: "Okay, we can give you a discount and charge you only $69." They said they would take us on a ride for 30 minutes, but in fact they took us on a boat for 5 minutes and only took us on a ride for 15 minutes.

The trip didn’t meet expectations. The price was misleading, and the ride time didn’t match what was advertised. We rode for 15-20 minutes, not 30! The 30 minutes included the time to get to the spot and the return trip.
Be aware that the actual cost is not $29 but $79-$89.

I really enjoy renting catamarans here. The catamarans are in good condition, the sailing area is amazing, and the people who work there are honest and make sure you have a good and safe experience.
My review would have been a 5 star review, but it is just that I do not find the fee structure favoring the customer. After the first hour, the fee increments are in 30 mins buckets. I believe it would be a more pleasant experience for the customers if it were “1 hour minimum and then pay as much as the duration after 1 hour.”

Refused refund when I couldn't fly in due to June 14th flooding of entire area. I couldn't change vacation dates. Act of nature should be a reason for refund

The experience was amazing Tom and Alex were spectacular hosts for our parasailing but DO NOT buy your tickets through trip adivsor it will be more expensive because there is a $50/ person fee due to booking through this network.

We had a great time celebrating a birthday with Miami Watersports. Manuel and Rogelio were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Rogelio was a great teacher and taught me how to sail their catamarans in only 30 minutes. The guys are very patient and friendly and the spot is in a great location. We would definitely go back and try more activities.

There are showers in the building across the street and down a ways. The employees took us there— not so easy to find.

Do you have to know how to swim in order to go on the flyboard or jetski board?? & will I have total control or do yall have anything to control the power??

Hi there,
Any watersports activities that you decided to participate in you will be wearing a life jacket, so swimming is not mandatory.
The Flyboard activity requires for you to be in the water. You do not need to know how to swim as again you will be wearing a life jacket, however, you need to be comfortable being in the water and cannot be panicking... Remember that the life jacket is here to make you float!
On the jetski you will have control of everything has you will be the one driving, however, on the Flyboard, you will be going with an instructor who will be the one controlling the Flyboard for you... so all you will need to do is to stay up!
Its a lof to fun though... we have had a lot of no swimmer participating in this activity and they all love it! :)

Which watersports activity are you referring to? We offer: Parasailing, Flyboarding, Boat Rental, Jet Skis, Kayaks, Paddleboards and Hobie Cats.
Were you reffering to the Flyboard?
If so, here are our rates:
-30 minutes session: $150 per person
-1 hour session: $250 per person
