The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our tour guide was Joe who was helpful and personable. They made sure that my friend Colleen was able to ride a Segway. If my friend Colleen can ride a Segway anybody can. Am I right Joe?. She did awesome. I would highly recommend them. I have (CRS) and cannot remember the other guy's name that explained everything to her..🤣 But everyone was great.. if I ever come back to Miami I'm going to look you guys up. Much Love ❤️ Mary

Joseph was an excellent guide, however at times I had difficulty hearing him. A microphone would be useful to enhance the experience.

This was by far the highlight of our trip to Miami. We were greeted with such exuberance and enthusiasm. Joseph was our guide. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the area and was so conscientious about our comfort and safety. You could tell he really loves his community, greeting people as we went. I highly recommend South Florida Trykes for a memorable day. Bless up Joseph.

This was a weekend celebration that we had planned a few months back. Making the reservation was easy. No issues at all. Once we got there we were in and out within minutes. Staff very friendly.

we were wonderfully welcomed and we got good tandem and regular bikes rental thanks to their sugestion! It was the best part of our trip in Miami.

Our family group of 5 had a wonderful Segway tour with Joseph. He made it so much fun and so interesting. We went out to Star Island and finished up along Ocean Drive. Sorry I didn’t catch the name of the other guy who gave us instruction and the safety briefing. He was really great. We all felt comfortable using the Segways. We would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them for other tours,

Very nice tour to Star Island under the heat with Rolando and his second guide . We appreciate their explanations , kindness and patience . Thank you too to Miguel who sheltered us during this 1,5 hour heavy rain and differed our prebooked activity to the day after without any problem . We ll definitely choose your company for our next experiences in Miami Beach .

Nous avons loué un tandem pour aller jusqu’au frost museum avec ma fille de 7 ans en passant par le venitian bridge. Top. Avec des enfants, pas possible de prendre les city bike. Bonne alternative. Personnel sympa. Gros choix de velos divers, electrique ou non.

Hi there!! For the regular Segway PT 100 lbs is the minimum weight, but we also have Segway mini pros, with attachable handle bars for 45 lbs, and we include 8 year old kids in our tours. Your son will probably learn super fast! Same as your wife.
We give you all a training course before riding on the actual tour.

I used a reg parking meter for the trikke tour..depends on which airport you flying out of ..I use Panda Parking..prices good and they deliver you to the airport door..
