I have had great service on the Ship. This will be my third cruise. The customer service is horrible beforehand. I was charged 150 for them to correct the spelling of my name that they spelt wrong. I was told that I had 75 days prior to depart to change before the charge but they emailed me 63 days before and made me pay the $150. How is that right? Anyway, Sarah Ross, supervisor was extremely rude and she has horrible customer service. And apparently there is nobody else I can talk to as she explained. Hopefully someone from here will read this and contact me.

As a long time Ncl person this cruise was the worst ! i do like Ncl but soooo much wrong this time. # 1 drink package i had to run to four bars at times to get a Heineken then many places ran out even main dining room my wife wanted a strawberry daiquiri first night said it would not be ready till the next day. then they had it for around two days then ran out come on! had a glass of wine liked it they said you could get all bars well that was wrong could not get again on cruise! they put a movie and called it a show ? Had sea food 3 or 4 night Just me but i was sick all night ? to many cuts I would rather pay more to get some things back Oh yes we all came back with Covid i could even go on but i wont

I cruised many times before but first time with Norwegian and it was not good experience.
Absolutely upset with NCL Air booking department. They booked me flight back home with 2 transfers and very limited time between. I begged to change it but answer was - NO it is company policy. Even before they changed my flight to embarkment port in almost last moment . So be very careful when you booking flight with them.
Total impression that this ship needs a lot of improvement in top management. It was kind of disorganized and chaotic overall. And this opinion I heard from a lot of passengers.
Food:
- Garden Cafe buffet food was way below average and mostly asian cuisine. Only soup made for your request was delicious. Sweets was awful and the same every day. Never saw such bad selection
- O' Sheehan's Bar& Grill had very limited choices of food average quality
- Special dining in Le Bistro was satisfactory. Ginza was just ok.
- Versailles Main Dining actually was the best place to eat. Very decent food and excellent service. I have to mention Ni Luh Indah. She was absolutely great waitress.
My special thanks to I Nengah Sindia Yasa who was promoted from waiter to host during our trip. Very happy for him. This guy is excellent.
Excursions:
- working hours of this office was totally ridiculous. From 6PM to 9 PM only. And it was always very long line with only 2 people behind the bar, even though next to their door 2 people for future booking did nothing almost every day
Customer service desk: OK
Entertainment:
- very dissatisfactory. Only one cabaret style performance was really great.
Cabin stuff vice and friendly. Good to see smiley faces around.

This is what I wrote to the cruise line..
My wife and I took a cruise with you. The last cruise we were on included a balcony stateroom. The photos of the room we booked with you showed a couch in front of a fairly large square window. You could sit comfortably and watch out the window. We booked it, we paid for it. When we got to our stateroom the layout of the room was completely different. It did have the square window, but with the bed right in front of it. So you couldn't get anywhere near the window to look out. And, there was no couch in the room. Not a single place to sit down in the room, just the edge of the bed. We never would have booked this room. If the pics in the ads showed this room the way it was we'd never have booked it. We booked this cruise for the 7 stop itinerary also. The two most important stops were the two places we have never been. St Lucia and the Dominican Republic. Those were the two stops that were cancelled. If you have to cancel a stop for any reason, no problem, I understand. But I paid for the itinerary I paid for. If you remove stops you must remove cost from the purchase price. You don't ask the same price for a 5 stop cruise as you do for a 7 stop cruise, do you ?? Please, I run a business too. I do not want to leave any kind of review until this matter is resolved. I fully expect this matter will be resolved to my satisfaction..
They couldn't care less..
This is truly a bait and switch..

I am saddened that NCL has gone downhill. I am currently on the Jewel. It is April 6, 2023. Let me begin by prefacing I have taken 20 cruises and this is the worst one. It took almost 3 hours to check in at the port. The shiphad no diet coke the first day. There is no longer turn down service. The cabin steward is non existent. The cruise director is terrible. We haven’t heard or seen the Captain. There isn’t even a pen in the cabin. Everything is an upcharge. 50.00 for bingo. There is no bar service in the Stardust lounge. The crew brought me a plain vodka when I ordered a vodka and cranberry. The food has gone downhill.. I lost half my tooth when I bit into an olive and Steve the GM was unsympathetic. The shows are good. Raw hamburger at the grill. I will Never cruise NCL. Some of the crew told me they are understaffed and it is bad. Finally my flight got canceled at 1:30 am for a 8:30 flight. We called NCL air department and they did nothing!!! It cost me an additional 2000 to fly to San Diego. Don’t take there air!!! I can’t wait to get off this ship!!!!!!

Caution: SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. There's a reason why Norwegian Cruise Line has a BBB rating of F. I wish I had read the BBB complaints before I wasted a lot of time both before and during the potential booking. Ultimately, I found out Norwegian's promotional "sales" are dishonest, and in my opinion, fraudulent. When I spoke with a booking agent and received an itemized list of fees not included in the advertised price, the actual price was several thousand dollars more than the combined advertised sale price with the fine print. At one point, the agent told me that the sale prices refer to a different 'sail away' promotion- and/or solo traveling, not the 'free at sea' promotion-which was what was advertised right in front of me in print. At another point, she said the promotions only count for limited, less popular sailing dates. Lol. If it seems too good to be true, it is. I recommend you read the reviews carefully, consider what the BBB F rating says about Norwegian, and take your money and time elsewhere.

I was recently on a cruise on the Norwegian Sky to the Panama Canal leaving from Miami Florida. The accommodations were as expected. The food was average and abundant. The excursions were running late for the most part and did not deliver all activities as promised. The best part of the cruise was the amazing staff that went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met.

The biggest mistake we made was allowing Norwegian to handle our flights. They flew us into Fort Lauderdale via the cheapest earliest flight with multiple connections that they could find. Our return flight departed at 7:00 pm with connections and we arrived home after midnight. They put us on Southwest with the cheapest options available for boarding. When I saw the flight arrangements I was told that there was no way to communicate directly with the travel department and that they would call me within 72 hours. I never heard from them. Our cruise left from Miami so flying into Fort Lauderdale made no sense to me.

Unfortunately, my husband and I caught a cold on the ship. There is not a bit of medication to be found on the Norwegian ships. They want you to go to the ship doctor to pay 600.00 for over the counter medication. Bring your own!!!!

The lines were long for Free Style dining so we ended up eating at the buffet more often than not.

Our cruise on the Norwegian Dawn was fine BUT my dad was suppose to join us in a balcony room. 40 days prior to departure he learned he needed chemo. He had time to buy the insurance but asked if he could simply have a credit for a future cruise. They would not answer him or our travel agent. Norwegian credited him for the sales tax and gratuities but didn't provide any communication even though multiple attempts were made. We went on the cruise and were told that we couldn't upgrade to a balcony room because the entire ship was sold out - nothing was available. We were certain that a credit would be given my father -WRONG! They refused to refund or credit his account even though they were Platinum members (more than 10 cruises with Norwegian) and waited until nearly 2 months after the trip to tell him. They simply kept his money! After contacting the credit card company, they were given credit for the full amount. We will NEVER go on Norwegian again!

NCL bliss was a total disappointment to put it lightly. I will never cruise with them again. The food, the service, the cruise in general. Understaffed. If you do not have enough staff, you should not sail. Food quality, terrible. Same food everyday. Cold… fatty steak. Main pool? No kids allowed. Kicked my son out of the pool. No one cared other than the staff. They don’t follow any of the rules for the pool, no drinks shower before you enter? Nope. Not followed. The main pool says no kids unattended and with a diaper, it does not say no kids allowed. How dare you kick out someone’s child. The spa was horrible. Booked an appointment with the assistant manager and she told me it was $25 for a polish change. I went for my appointment, they told me it was $99. Wouldn’t work with me. Bad customer service. Waited 45 minutes to eat because they are so understaffed. Only one restaurant open at night… good luck getting seated. There’s a mob of people. Cancelled ports due to over booking the port? Real great move. Cancelled another port due to the weather. We were going to be there all day. We couldn’t have waited it out? See if it got better? No let’s just pass it up. Brings us to Bimini, nothing to do.. everything is way over priced $65 to go to town where there are 5 shops selling the same stuff. The people working the shops? Rude. They didn’t even know we were coming until last minute the one guy told us. We had a drink package, takes 30 minutes to get a drink because of all the people and not enough workers. We leave our room at 6:30am and our room isn’t clean by 4:30pm…..??? I can’t even tell you the name of our room attendant. Don’t even complain because they will do absolutely nothing for you but bring you THREE chocolate covered strawberries to make up for it. I am so disappointed. I will NEVER be cruising with NCL.

I took a everglades tour $65.00. after boarding a air boat that held approx. 25 people we rode down a drainage ditch for 13 minutes ,turned around and returned to the dock . A 26 minute ride ,saw 1 bird.after this we were shown a guy in a pit with 14 big gators (all looked half dead ) he pulled there tails, opened there mouths , sat on them. no protest foom the gators,(very sad). we then saw a albino gator in the pin the size of a hot tub(again sad)Lucky use we got to stand around there gift shop and snack bar for one and a half hours. This being my 6th cruise and many shore excursions I went to front desk and reqiested a refund as this was NOTHING like advertised. They told me to bad ,take it up when you gewt back to Miami. My thoughts WORST cruise ,worst cruise line MSC Divina 11/14/22 to11/28/22 and worst excursion
