I lived there for 2 years, beautiful facility but the people are very unfriendly. I was renting for 2 k a month and the owners look down upon people that rent. The speed limit is 20 mph and if you go over people come running out to take a picture of you and report you. The place is crawling with wild animals, a dog was killed by a gator in the lake i lived on. They have feral pigs, bears, a variety of snakes that you see all the time. If you are visiting there in the winter you will have a hard time getting a seat at the pool, very small for a resort pool. I would estimate 100 chairs at the pool. Fiddlers Creek is much nicer and they remove the wild animals there. If you are buying there I feel badly for you. I really did not like living there.

We rented here 2 months in 2021 and ended up buying a place . This is resort living at it's finest. Outstanding Golf Course, Clubhouse, Resort pool and Poolside restaurant. Really good fitness center and they have all the other recreational facilities you need Tennis, Pickleball, Bocce, Basketball etc...We loved walking the long sidewalks, paths and nature boardwalks everyday. You know what sold us? it was the people, there is a broad age range of people in the community that love to have fun and play. We frequented the DJ nights at the Poolbar on Fridays and attended a concert at the Golf Club that was super fun. So we bought a place! PS it is also very close to dining on 5Th Avenue and in Old Naples and not too too far from the tiki bars of Isle of Capri and Marco islands. PS the Management company is really good as well

I am a bikini designer...and I don't understand what is the problem with the bikini when we are in América and this country is free... in the night is very dangerous you can't walk because the snakes are everywhere...

When I read some of those negative reviews I was shocked. My experience there could not have been more different. Then I saw how old they were and did some research. Many of those players went there before the members took control of the club from the notoriously cheap developer Lennar in 2017. Their clubhouse has been finished and ranks up there with the best in Florida. Service and professionalism is five star material.
The setting is pristine and natural. Lots of wildlife and it is surrounded b the Rookery Preserve. Unlike most Florida courses, there is barely a house to be seen from the course.
The golf course is one of the most demanding tests of golf in South Florida.Bring a lot of golf balls with you. There is water everywhere. ArthurHills designed a course where placement of every shot is critical. There are not too many places to miss to. Hit your mark or pay the price. The greens are demanding and quite undulating.
As a member of a club in the TPC network, I recently called to make a reservation and found out they are in the middle of a renovation and will reopen in late October 2020. They are switching out the greens to TifEagle from paspalum. Watch out!
I can't say enough good things about this TPC course. This is the real thing. Bring your "A" game.
I'm sorry some people who went there in the old developer controlled days had the experience they did, but if you went there now or the last few years, you would think they were nuts!

We spend three months here every winter and love it! Pools with waterfalls, pool bar and restaurant, fabulous golf course and clubhouse with multiple restaurants and activities, workout areas, walking trails, tennis, basketball, spa, everything you could wish for and more!

Tredje rundan på TPC Treviso Bay. Bästa banan i South west Florida. Kombon av extremt hög kvalitet på tee, fairway, green, ruff, en kul, utmanande design, bra service. Nästa gång skippar vi Tiburon som är dyrare och sämre och spelar fler rundor på Treviso bay. Banan är vänlig och generös utan att på något sätt vara lätt. Fågellivet är fantastiskt och det finns alligatorer i vattenhindren för oss turister.

I was invited to join friends who own in traviso bay to spend the day at the clubhouse. It was amazing. The music that was played was amazing. The tiki bar was great as well as all the staff. Then appetizers were delicious. And the pool was so refreshing on a hot day. I thoroughly loved this place. The day could not have been better.

Spent time with Canadian snowbirds. Large spacious condo overlooking a lake......with alligators! Fine dining at the clubhouse restaurant. At least 2 swimming pools, one quiet and peaceful. The other, large, spacious with bar, food, ample seating.

Guests of a member pay the daily posted rate. I've seen between $99 to $129 depending upon the season but check with the pro shop for updates. The member and family pay just $25...one of the benefits of ownership.
