This trip ended before it started! I booked 6 months ago and called the day before to confirm pickup time at the hotel. The man on the phone said, be out front at 7am. I was out front at 6:55am. The driver claims he called at 6:49 but the phone rang once and hung up, making it look like he called. Had he stayed on the line, I was in the front lobby . I came outside and waited but no bus. Finally at 6:15am I called and the driver was very rude and hung up on me. I could not hear very well. An hour later I learned he wasn’t coming back. I was stranded, alone, and had reservations at Key West. When I called the company and requested a refund even they argued with me. Their motto is: “the customer is always right.” Apparently it does not apply to service-connected women veterans in their 60’s traveling alone. I am still upset at the terrible, disrespectful treatment I received. Look—if you’re going to leave me and show up at 0650, tell me to be there at 0645–don’t tell me you’re coming at 0700 and leave me when I’m out there at 0655. Terrible!!!!!!!! Do not use this company—if you do, prepare to be disappointed. XCURSIONS—you should be ashamed!
