This place was on my radar screen during a business trip mainly because of the variety of beer... with ingredients like blueberry, vanilla, chocolate, coffee, coconut, etc.
There were only a few people there on a Thursday evening so I had plenty of time to chat with the bartender who was SUPER knowledgeable.. and not in an ego displaying kind of way.
I hit four breweries while I was in the Orlando area and this one was my favorite!
Note: no food except for potato chips & similar. And the neighborhood is not one where I would be wandering at night...

Came into Broken Cauldron on our first evening in Orlando. We sat at the bar and chatted with the bartender, who was both exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about their different beers. He also gave us a heap of advice on what to see in the area, all of which was brilliant.
Great variety of beers on tap, including some really solid sours. It's only a block away from the soccer and basketball arenas, too, so it's a perfect spot for a pre-game brew!

We were one of the few groups at this brewery on black Friday. We had great service, the game we wanted was on TV. There was ample parking for this downtown brewery, and it was free. The beers were on point, very flavorful, and some of the best I have ever had.

On vacation in the Orlando area last week, the girlfriend and I decided to check out local breweries. Broken Cauldron was our first stop, and an utter failure. Having checked their website we were interested. Then we walked through the door. Immediately upon our entering everyone became silent and the owner announced to us "We are closed today for a private tasting event!". Well la-dee-friggin-dah thanks for announcing that to us as rudely as possible buddy. We only found out he was the owner because the server chased after us to apologize for his tone. She tried to invite us back at a later date, but no way - not with his attitude. If you're going to close for a private event I would like to suggest that you put an announcement on your website or facebook page. Or maybe even just try something as simple as putting a sign on the door reading "Closed for Private Event". Needless to say we won't give them another try. The server was nice, but the owner could use a lesson in guest relations.

Orlando City Stadium just steps away from this place which lends itself to a great place to tailgate. Wondered in for a brew (awesome) and ended up with the best freaking burger, from the food truck serving that day; Orlando Food Department. We will be back again and again.

Great brewery. 2 owners. 1 roof. Amazing flavors. Amazing brews. Very malty brews and some light ABV. Great selection. Plenty party. Make sure you bring your food

We had a great time here. They have a nice selection of beer to try. My favorite was the black IPA. The taproom serves two different breweries: Black Cauldron and Broken String. There is no food but you can bring your own. We had a great conversation with Adam.

This was the first stop on our Hop On! breweries tour and we absolutely loved it. The owner was nice enough to even give us the back tour and had so much cool information to share.
The place itself is very laidback and cool with great artist work on the walls. They also have some board games which was a nice add-on. Their beer selection was very good with pretty much every "String" a good choice. I definitely recommend stopping by and enjoy a nice local brew in a great atmosphere.

Stopped in on a whim. Had a White Room IPA. Sorry, not my fav. The wife had an Ancient Rite Belgium Blonde. That was a great choice. Lesson learned... let the wife pick for you. :)
We did try a few other samples and they have some real good beers on tap so this place is worth your business.
I will warn you that if you are going on a Orlando City Home game day you prob don't want to go unless you like crowds. Apparently this is THE place for gathering before a home game. Quite a few hundred people start marching to the stadium from their parking lot!!!!
