Thanks for letting us know about your day at Magic Kingdom Park. I'm glad your overall experience was a good one and you were met with friendly Cast Members at all times; however, I'm sorry to hear of the disappointments you mention from your time with us. I can assure you we closely monitor the number of Guests entering our Parks and have an established limit of how many we allow in to avoid any overcrowding. Safety and security is our number one priority and we want all of our Guests to be able to have an enjoyable experience. In line with our commitment to safety, our attractions may experience unexpected downtimes from time to time due to technical issues. While we work hard to update our Guests with this information and have them back up and running again as soon as possible, I can definitely understand how these factors impacted your day. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you a more magical visit in the future. Olivia Disney Social Reviews
There's just something about this magical place that makes you feel young; I don't know if it's the classic attractions, the emotional entertainment, the incredible details or if it's simply pixie dust! I can't imagine a better way to spend an afternoon than sailing the seas on Pirates of the Caribbean, then enjoying a DOLE Whip while watching families enjoy The Magic Carpets of Aladdin. In particular, I love your recommendation about stopping to smell the roses. The details are really captivating and I constantly find myself discovering something new to love each and every time! Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts! We look forward to welcoming you back for another magical visit soon. Darby Disney Social Reviews
I am simply delighted with how magical this experience was for your family, from your youngest grandchild all the way up! Thank you so much for giving us a glimpse into your vacation here. With such a long time since your last visit, I'm sure there were quite a few new offerings, however, our nostalgic feel is never lost. If you do decide to tackle long days, be sure to pace yourself, as there is so much to do and see...and eat! It's always wonderful to see someone who really enjoyed their time with us, even more so when our Cast Members make such a difference. We truly can't wait to have you return to Fantasyland for more quality family time together! Holly Disney Social Reviews
Chris, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I am very sorry to see you ran into some frustrations during your visit. From time to time, our rides do need to briefly close to ensure the safety of our Guests, and I hope you were able to return to those attractions later on. We also try to be as upfront about our policies, so I apologize for any confusion about the ability to bring food or drink on our attractions. Despite these disappointments, I’m glad to know you truly enjoyed Happily Ever After. We hope to have the opportunity to host you sometime in the future. Jenn Disney Social Reviews

I have a holiday booked to Florida in October 2022. I am looking to visit Magic Kingdom, Universal Studios and Universal islands of adventure. We look to spend 1 day at each. What is the best and cheapest way to go about this? Thank you.
Wow 1 day at each is hard. Do your research and make sure you have a good must see list that your whole party can agree on. Same for saving $. Make a list of what is important to everyone then just research all options. Consider food, lodging, transportation etc. There are a ton of websites and videos about doing Disney on the cheap :0)
Buenas tardes a todos, consulta! Me pueden recomendar algún hotel dentro de magic kingdom ( no se si lo hay) Y si me pueden orientar ya que deseo llevar a mi hija a conocer el castillo y las princesas! Gracias por su tiempo.
I am supposed to go to Magic Kingdom next week, and after reading the recent reviews, I am having second thoughts. I am planning on going with my parents in their seventies and my 3-year-old and 6-year-old. I have read that the mask police are pretty brutal. How strict will they be with masks for my 3-year-old? He has never had to wear a mask. And it's our Spring bBreak, so I am guessing lots of people are doing Spring Break as well. are the lines worth the visit? It's my kiddos first visit. Should we go to a different park (if we can get reservations). I am really worried it's going to be insanely busy. And also, my son normally takes a nap. How hard is it logistically to leave and come back? We are staying near Disney World, but not on campus at the Spring Hill Suites near Flamingo. Would it be easier to Uber or drive and park? Do we have to pay parking twice? What would an Uber cost? Thanks!
We were there today and yesterday and Epcot the day before that. Get you some good silicone mask frames to keep the mask off your face and it will help with the mask issue. It has been in the 70-80’s. Mornings are better and Wednesday was the least busy. Yes, the most popular rides can be 45-70 minute wait but with the my Disney app you can see what wait times are everywhere and plan accordingly. I really think it is what you want it to be. If you go to enjoy the time and not try to rush to every ride then you will have a blast. They are still at only 35% capacity but it seems pretty busy. Lines are deceiving because they try to keep social distancing which stretches the line out really long but it moves fast. We saw so many 3-5 year olds and they were all dealing with it very well. Shocked how very few tantrums I saw in 3 days. If your 3yo looks 3 then they will require masks. Everyone was wearing them and as I said, I am shocked how good all the kids were doing. I did not think they were being overly aggressive about the masks but everyone was wearing them. I hate the mask thing a Lot, but it was not near as bad as I thought. If they need a break from the mask, stop at a cafe or restaurant where you can take them off and relax. Go, have a good time. Except for the masks, I think now is probably the best time you can go due to them only opening to 35% capacity.
Any Disney regulars? I want to visit mid October or Thanksgiving. Preferably Thanksgiving. My question is do you find miserably hot, and the crowds unbearable? I would like to go in somewhat cooler weather and when wait times are around 60 minutes. Not a fan of heat or wait times upward of 75 or more minutes.

Are you allowed to bring in your own food and bottled water?
Yes, they do allow water and beverages, but we did not bring in food since we only planned a lunch while we were there. I would go to Buxbaum’s website on everything Disney, to beating the crowds, but Magic Kingdom looked to be at about 20% capacity this past Sunday and we were told hotels like the Grand Floridian, their flagship hotel is at 13% capacity.
When will the parades and fireworks and live shows start back up again? Where can I view which rides are open and which are closed? How can I reserve a scooter for my mom?
Parades and fireworks return date is not determined yet. Disney may or may not bring things back as in the past. To see what is open you may want to download their app- it replaces the park map with info on wait times (the COVID wait time seem to be overstated by 20-30%). In general most of the in-person shows are closed while most rides are open. Scooters can be reserved at Disney resorts or from third parties if you are staying off-property. We did a third party when staying off property for my mother-in-law...not sure about reserving a scooter at the park- could start with a call to your resort or checking on their website for info. Have a magical day!
