Unlike any McDonald’s I’ve been to. The icecream machine was working, our food was correct the first time, and the staff was nice. Also I was excited about different food options!

Food was ok. Regular McDonald’s food but pricier. Don’t give out free ice cream cone for kids, don’t do $5 meal here, rude cashiers. Arcade fun but expensive and make sure you get your tickets from game.

Okay, I was not expecting much as it is just a McDonalds but this place was disappointing on so many levels.
The food took forever and there is no real coherent system to get your food once you’ve ordered. Some people go to this holding pen and wait, others go to a till area and some take a tent and go their table.
The play area is a disaster. It’s full of signed saying no shoes and has age limits etc which are all ignored and the staff simply don’t care. At one point there was a group of children eating their happy meals whilst playing on the slides.
The arcades as overpriced and pointless. Honestly if you are just after a burger find another restaurant McDonalds or otherwise and avoid this.

Don’t bother visiting, the food was disgusting, it was cold and my Grandaughter found a long black hair in her burger. The manager was not in the least bit sorry and I had to insist that they give us a refund for the burger. The tables were dirty and the toilet were absolutely disgusting. Would give it a zero if it was an option.

The biggest McDonald's clearly comes with the biggest challenges. Way too busy and overcrowded. Not the cleanest, in fact no staff around to clean tables. Service extremely slow, but they have a lot of people to serve. Least friendly staff I've ever met. And to top it off, my chicken burger was raw, with pink and purple through it and I was told that's just how chicken is!
Only 1 star because the children's play area does only have one way in and out, and is covered with netting so it's easy to spot your child.

Messy, chaotic. Leak on the 1st floor. Few extras for a Biggest Mac in the World. Disappointing experience. Just skip this and go to your regular Mac

Don’t bother going to this McDonald’s, food is cold staff are rude what a waste of money. Took them 20 mins to make our food which isn’t fast food! I would just take a picture outside and find yourself another which is down the road.

Like others said, chaotic. It’s not worth it. Too many kids acting crazy. We waited in line to order food longer than we were actually there eating it. The food was way overpriced. $13 for a Big Mac meal! Seriously?! And they didn’t even bring the Big Mac sandwich when delivering the food to the table. The pizza was different for McD, but nothing great. All of the soda machines lacked carbonation, and still had that Orlando swamp water flavor.

This McDonald's location is a must see only ONCE, if you have no kids with you. If you have kids, grandkids, etc... with you, then this is the place for them. This place is humongous.... The food is typical McDonald's cuisine with a few extras, such as.....pizza, pasta, and more....AND....you guessed it....priced for tourists!, you will pay extra for the experience, but you can't put a price on happy kids! Be forewarned, this place is very, very, very busy. If you have no children with you, then I would say a visit here once to see such a large scale McDonalds is enough, as the size of the indoor playground alone is amazing! This is the DisneyWorld of all McDonald's, So, when in Orlando and/or the Disney theme park area head on over to get a Happy Meal and Enjoy! Overall Rating ~ Very Good!

We came here on a weekend and it was busy. A little chaotic but it is a family place and you have to expect energetic kids. The kids did have a good time in the upstairs playground area. The arcades were nice. Food ordering is like a typical McDonald – order at the kiosk and food came at a reasonable time. They do have additional food like pizza, pasta, and a big selection of desserts. I would recommend eating here for the entertainment or the special menu. If you just want the regular menu, then perhaps another place to avoid the chaos.

Food is average for mc Donald’s-
Although they do have pizza and pasta that runs slightly higher.
No more than $30 bunch’s on food. We only played in the playplace which is free

It doesn’t. HOWEVER, The register desk at Games closes at like 9 or 10 pm. U can still play games, you just can’t receive tickets for prizes after a certain hour. They turn that feature off at night. So basically ur wasting ur money if u want prizes just come back before a certain time and play. If u just want some fun then you can play 24/7. You load money onto a card to play the machines. They have a swipe like. Gift card. THE ENTIRE FACILITY IS OPEN 24/7 except Christmas Eve/day and New Year’s Eve.

When we went with our children they had a token/card machine to exchange money. From what I remember no machines took quarters or any "real" money. We went in March/April 2017.
