Staff was awesome. This was our first family vacation since my wife and I retired from the military. We were worried when it started raining but thankfully Arcade City came into view. Everyone had fun, mom dad kids (4, 9 and 11). We were so glad to be together but having this place, gave us something to do as well.

This location was GREAT!!! While our girls were playing the games - we was rewarded with a free drink for loading $20 on a card for the girls to play. We were in this location for more than an hour and half. Plus I loved the idea of the tickets placed on the card versus us having to safe the tickets and then have them count the total of tickets after hours of playing time.

This looks good online and from the outside. In reality it’s a small room with very few decent arcade games. We walked in, did a loop and left again within 90 seconds.

So sad to hear you didn't give a chance to WOW you with our great customer experience. We are small I size but we have great arcade games, video games, claw games even a Pac man smash. Great for kids of all ages. Fantastic place to take a break from all the crowds at the theme parks. Many games to try your luck on.

It's an easy way to keep your kids entertained. We bought one card for $50 which I think gave us 15 bonus points. We have two kids of 7 and 5 and it kept our kids entertained for about an hour, possible a little longer. So it isn't exactly cheap but our kids had a good time. I also don't think there was a lot more to do and think any time longer and our kids would have gotten bored

We had a great time in this small arcade. It was my son’s birthday and we prepaid a game card and played for a couple of hours. The staff, especially the manager were very nice and helpful. There’s not a lot of games but it was still fun. Worth stopping in

When I was there my mother won a micheal Kors bag and my cousin won a pair of beats they had offered us free drinks they did that they gave us a free ten dollar credit Becca it was wendsday and I won 5000 tickets would recommend to friends and family.

If you are in the area stop by it is pretty fun but I wouldn’t make a drive down there to just play the arcade games. They have fun games but not many choices. They have slot of “claw” games, where you can attempt to grab a prize. A lot of ticket games as well.

There is no fee for walking around but if you want to play, you have to purchase a game card from one of the kiosks. They run from about $20.00 and up depending on how much you want to spend. You play the games by swiping the card at the game of your choice and whatever the game charges (between 1 and 7 points), the points are deducted from your card, and, whatever amount of points you win, are added to your card when the game is over. You redeem your points by bringing your card to the prize counter and the attendant will tell you have much you have and what prizes you can get. It's really an easy and convenient process. I like the concept here but we know safety is the most important thing in transportation my question is are all drivers background checked to make sure they do not have DWI or some serious past criminal record?
If there was a car crash is the proper insurance in place to make sure people get the care they need?

I’m not sure if your talking about the right thing on here because this is a amusement place not a ride-share company. There is a ride-share company called “Arcade City” as well but they’re not related. I hope this helps to get you one step closer to finding your answer.
