I decided to get out of my and stretch my legs during the drive to Miami. This church came up after the Breakers Hotel and golf course. Most of the street parking was reserved for some reason so I found a spot off to the side to avoid any chances of getting a parking ticket.
I spent just 15 minutes exploring the grounds as the church itself was closed. The church was built in the gothic revival style and housed one of the oldest congregations in Palm Beach. I found out that it also was a popular wedding location for former basketball star Michael Jordan and a recent ex-US President.
I really enjoyed the garden area in the back. Very green and quiet.

Right next to the Breakers Hotel. An easy 10 minute walk over. Well worth it. Great gardens with large Koi pond. Beautiful church. A great stop...

The church grounds are open for you to walk around and explore. The grounds are larger than expected and there is a garden towards the back that was pretty cool to check out.

Four Arts campus is home to beautiful sculpture and botanical gardens, which are beautiful, and there is more than enough seating in the sculpture area. We go here often just to relax and enjoy the outdoor. We have seen the Churchill paintings and the South African beadwork. This place is a must-see.

This church and gardens remind me a lot of European churches, it even has a gargoyle.
Great place for photos, often there are professional photographers doing engagement, Sweet Sixteen and other occasion photos.

What a magnificent building/church set amidst palms and featuring manicured lawns, a beautiful colonnade, and a garden which regretfully we did not see. It was disappointing that everthing was closed so we did not see the inside of the church too. There is no parking on the street so plan carefully. I assign a high rating because the church is truly gorgeous.

Closed!!!
Drove 2 hours to see the Church for nothing. It doesn't say anywhere they are closed and I wasn't informed of such when I called.
Church building is beautiful, history on youtube is nice (reason why I went). Gardens CLOSED! Church inside CLOSED! Parking? no such thing. On the side of the road, if you are not from the area is confusing. Don't think people go to mass here.

..the gardens have a coy/gold fish llngth of pond, the gardens extend well beyond what is visible at the perimeter, the lands are well kept adn groomed, the old stone archittechture (sp) is inviting...

Pour une petite halte. L'église est style gothique est très belle, On y trouve aussi un jardin à l'arrière pour y faire une petite promenade et on peut nourrir de gros poissons rouges. Mignon.

I was fortunate to give an organ recital here on their concert series so I got first hand experience in this church. Very welcoming and an absolutely gorgeous building and grounds. Whether you are of this denomination or not you owe it to yourself to attend a service here. It is high church with incense, procession of clergy and choir and organ music beyond compare! This is the real thing!

How did you come up with Bethesda being Catholic when in fact it is Protestant Episcopal. A correction is in order.

The Episcopal church is neither Protestant nor Catholic, it’s Anglican. It’s stuck right in between the two.
The name used to include the term Protestant Episcopal church of the US but no longer does. This was in reference that Episcopalians do not answer to the pope.
The Episcopal Church is catholic (universal) but not Roman Catholic.
Our creed includes the line “We believe in one holy catholic church”.
