Had an extremely elusive problem. Took Gary about 5 minutes to diagnose and 20 minutes to fix. I thought I needed a new cassette and (3) chain on my Catrike Trail. Not so. No more chain jumping while I ride. Gary is a genius bike mechanic.

Staff was helpful in helping my son pick put a bmx bike. They installed lights and explained how to care for the bike.

I went in to replace my husband’s bike, and ended up purchasing an electric bike for both of us. The owner is very knowledgeable, and she spent so much time showing us the many types of bikes. These bikes are amazing and have opened up a whole new experience for us! Great service and support as well!

Spoke with the staff concerning our issues with our current bikes, which we have owned for 30 yrs, not working anymore for these 70+ citizens. They recommended the Electra Townie 7D and they have proven to be the bikes for comfort riding for us.

i just wanted to thank every one for helping me select my new Trek bike. !!!! The family operated staff and employees are great. I have been back several times with questions and never a problem. i have rode over 300 miles to date and could not be happier!!!

Hubby and I wanted to get some good quality bikes. This is the place to come. Super knowledgeable, friendly, We tried a few, but then the owner told us about some new ones they were going to order. So we ordered. Bikes arrived pretty fast. The team is a team and they all work together and it shows. We will tell all our friends to shop here, it will be the best decision you could make!

Had a great experience at the Bicycle Center. Had a bike frame replaced on my Cannondale. Professional assembly and the bike rides awesome. Recommend! A+++++

They have a very knowledgeable staff and owner is always there to answer questions or make a suggestion on what to get or what to upgrade to on your bike. Store is clean and full of new and used bikes. If you need a great bike at a great price go see them!!!!

I haven't owned or purchased a bike in a long time (maybe about 15 years ago is when I had my last bike; I'm 31 now). My husband and I recently decided to start shopping around for a bike for each of us, along with lights and a rack for them for my car.
Bicycle Center is about 5 minutes from my house, so I decided to stop in on my way home from work to get an idea of what they had and what kind of prices to expect. I walked in, and before I could even really look around, I was approached by an employee who asked what I was looking for. I explained the above, and he said that he could get a better idea by wanting to know how much I'm willing to spend. Not knowing what price range bikes currently start in, I said, "Well, maybe around a couple hundred per bike?" Instead of just explaining that they don't have bikes in that price range and showing me what they *do* have, he then (very rudely) told me to just go right on back out the door and head to "our favorite department store friends, Walmart" to find what I'm looking for.
So I did leave (but didn't head to Walmart), and I won't even think of giving them future business if this is how they treat potential customers who are looking for some assistance.
