This trip with friends was amazing but the crew made even more fun!!! They were right there to help in any way. The food cooked on board was delish! All dish were separated and cleaned and bagged before we returned. We also got to get the the pelicans the after math. They took it right out of our hands. So much fun!

I have been fishing on the Miss Virginia for over 25 years! If you’re looking for an absolutely awesome day of fishing on the gulf you must book a trip with the Miss Virginia! The crew is top notch! Tonight we are enjoying Mahi Mahi tacos-YUM!

Good crew, Capt. put us on the fish everywhere we stopped. Took a visitor with me from up north and he was impressed with the amount of fish we caught. They were only Grunts, but they put up a good fight even the small ones which we threw back. Can't wait for summer to go grouper fishing on this boat.

Twice we have made reservations here for 3 people to go out fishing. The first time they called us back a few days before the trip and cancelled because they got a private party. This time they didn't even bother to call to say they decided to change locations for today. Drive 45 minutes to their Port Richey location to find a note that they decided to go out of Tarpon Springs today. Of course there is not enough time to make it from Port Richey to Tarpon Springs before they leave. A simple phone call would have been nice to notify us of the change.
There are plenty of other boats out there. If you want to deal with professionals that value their customers then save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere! Needless to say there will not be a third attempt to fish with the Miss Virginia.

Great folks in the boat. The day was great as was the weather. As usual on any trip, some caught and some didn’t catch any fish. But we all had a great time..

We went fishing for my husbands birthday. He wanted to go fishing and catch fish. That is exactly what we did. The Captain and crew were very friendly and well as the staff when I initially called to make reservations. Everything was ideal even the weather. The captain knew just where to go to ensure we caught fish. All equipment, tackle and bait was included. Food was available at a reasonable price and was delicious. The crew cleaned our fish at the end of the day for a very low fee. We will certainly come back.

Bert, you ROCK. I didn't know what to expect, recently widowed female, alone, first time fishing. I was intimidated at first, I was expecting women on board. GULP. Not to worry, between fantastic staff, great vessel, and fellow fishermen, it was absolutely wonderful experience. What fun. Will go again. Midge, or to Bert, MAMA

Captain & Crew took great care of me. Decided to take charter at last minute while visiting my wife's family. They provided everything. Trip even better than my last charter off Hilton Head. Capt moved boat often to make sure we all caught a lot of fish. All the extras (cleaning, breakfast, lunch, water) were very reasonably priced. Will go again next Christmas.

The trip is for 8 hrs. They usually leave the dock at 8 am and return around 4 pm. It is usually a 1 to 1 1/2 hr ride out to the first stop and then fish the rest of the day until around 2 to 2:30 when thry start to head in.
