Easy scheduling. Responsive, pleasant communication. We had a great time. We saw manatees, dolphins, cormorants, pelicans (including a baby), and we collected a ton of shells. Captain Casey is great company! And he is very careful with the animals/enviroment, and also our safety. I’m a nervous Nelly, but I wasn’t scared a bit. You're in good hands with Sarasota Saltwater Adventures.

Hands down the best fishing and chartering experience in Sarasota! Our guide, Casey, had incredible knowledge regarding marine life, fishing, boating, and the are of Sarasota. He was able to help a beginner fisher like myself, catch many fish in the short time that we shared together. You are truly doing yourself a disservice by not booking with SSA if this is something you’re looking to do/experience in the Sarasota area.

Captain Casey was a charming host who thought of everything! He allowed us to talk amongst ourselves & laugh, and interjected at the right time. Captain Casey was full of valuable information about the homes, wildlife, etc. I highly recommend him - very respectful and accommodating to all our needs. He exceeded all expectations. The sunset and dolphins were my favorite experience!

We really enjoyed day. We caught lots of fish and over 12 different species . I wanted to catch some Reds and Snook and it he put us on the fish. Casey went above and beyond to make sure our family had a great day.

I was looking for a guide who could entertain my clients, mostly experienced fisherman, while in Florida. A+, 5 star call it what you want but Captain Casey made the experience amazing from our first to our last text communication. He was prompt, courteous, well prepared. Not only did he put us on the fish, 6 different species, we had plenty of meat to take home. I would highly recommend hiring Casey for your next fishing charter, I know I will be!!!

Our family and friends had the pleasure of fishing with Captain Casey on Jan 10, 2024. The day before had weather warnings of gusty winds, torrential rains, and tornadoes! We never got a cancellation notice and remained confident in Captain Casey's expertise. Turned out we had a wonderful day... no wind, calm waters, partly cloudy skies, temperatures in the 60's, and very few boats to compete with.
We had a party of six with only two experienced fishers. Captain Casey was on his own and handled everyone and everything very well. He was patient, helpful, accommodating, personable, and just "easy going." His main objective was to get everyone a catch, followed by multiple fishes, and lastly, to yield enough for dinner. I'm happy to say Captain Casey achieved all of his and our goals. It wasn't the most ideal fishing conditions (with the recent storms and colder temps) but we stayed an hour longer to finish the job and saw some playful dolphins. Every catch was photographed by the proud Captain and he filleted the fishes at the end.
A big reason for our party's enjoyment came from being very comfortable on Captain Casey's boat. There was plenty of room for six to just relax or fish from around the perimeter. We didn't need shade but there was a canopy for warmer days. The seats were plush and easy on the butts and backs.
Everyone in our group expressed their satisfaction and joy from the whole fishing trip. We each had our own unique experiences (ie, my son's amazement while holding a blow fish, my daughter's delight with catching the biggest Sheepshead, my wife's excitement with her first ever catch, all of us in awe while watching dolphins play and jump around) thanks to Captain Casey.
Thanks for a wonderful and memorable experience. We would do this again in a heartbeat and only if Captain Casey is available.

Casey’s fishing charter was the highlight of our families vacation. Casey was a great guide who knows all the right fishing spots. My boys had a blast. We all want to come back and do it again.

Casey is the only captain I ever want to hit the water with. The way he put us on 8 different species, hustled his rear end off, made sure everyone was involved and treated my son like a pro makes me want to scream his charter name from the rooftops. Hire Casey and you’ll never hire another charter again.

We thoroughly our Tuesday afternoon sandbar tour with Captain Casey! We had the beach at Midnight Pass all to ourselves. Dolphins, a few manatee, and even three bald eagles and the best part was hanging out on the sandbars and admiring the waterfront real estate. Casey is super knowledgeable of the area and wildlife...highly recommend!

If we could rate with more than five stars, we would! Our day with Capt. Casey was fantastic! For example, we were less than a few minutes away from the dock when we saw manatees mating, Yes, mating. We also saw an alligator, dolphins (including very young dolphins, practically newborn), turtle nests, pelicans, and so much more. We stopped at three places for swimming and seashell hunting (one of our friends found a shark tooth!). Capt. Casey recommended Pop's for lunch, and the food was great - a delightful break during our day. We ended our day on a beautiful sandbar in Sarasota Bay, relaxing on floats tied off to the boat. Capt. Casey was knowledgeable and very personable throughout our tour, pointing out many points of interest and giving history/background. We highly recommend Capt. Casey's tours, and we hope to see him again!

We will be in Sarasota first week in April.2 son in laws and myself,we are bass and Gill fishers when we can in Michigan.I don't care if we fish in shallows or deep sea,with my back prob a half day would be great.
